Disappointing when comes to a Children’s Hospital.
The issue is the leadership and the culture. They aren’t delivering a child friendly experience. You have Doctors who have no idea how to relate to the patient, particularly a child. You have staff who suffer from the same ailment. There is something wrong here and you need to get to the bottom of it and fix it. We need a good, if not great children’s hospital.
You are affiliated with one of the best medical schools in the universe, yet your Doctors are more concerned about their wallet and pocketbook. Delivering great care is not first on their list and in some cases not even sure they have stopped to think about it. Really sad and unfortunate.
Doctors in the same group who won’t release a patient to see another Doctor in the same group. Say what? What’s up there? Only one thing… GREED! Doctors who are too selfish and stupid to realize they are doing something wrong when a patient wants to walk. Instead they entrap the patient and keep you from easily moving to another Doctor. Shameful!
