I dig this place. Their burgers are great. I’m always eating at odd hours so it’s nice to have something that tastes good at weird hours. Thanks Angelos

Okay for a Friday night in the Burg this place delivered 15 minutes earlier than their 45 minute estimated time in a flat 30 minutes to Old SE! It was so worth it.

Hated this place! Was nearby for a court case and stopped in with a group of co-workers for lunch. I ordered the Gyro sandwich and I must report, this is the first time I’ve ever left most of my meal on the plate. The meat tasted old and dried out. No tomatoes were on the sandwich. I’ve had some really good gyro sandwiches like at Hella’s in Tarpon Springs. We should have walked a little further. Just writing this review makes me re-live a horrible time.

Been there many times, so had several of their dishes. Cheese pizza is delicious! Right amount of cheese and sauce. Great flavor. Had their wings. They were perfectly cooked. Garlic knots are fantastic! Meatball subs are pretty large. I like that they don’t put too much sauce to make them soggy like some other places. Overall, love their food. I’ve always done carry outs. It’s a bit too dark and gloomy inside. Friendly staff though.

Last couple of experiences have left me feeling kinda like why do I keep coming back here. Last time I ordered a hot pastrami and it game out cold with some soggy fries which was corrected after having to wait another 20 minutes for my food. Tonight I called in an order and was told 15 to 20 minutes granted I got there in like 10 minutes paid and waited at a table 20 more minutes finally I asked how much longer it was going to be. To my amazement they hadn’t even started it and ive been in the restaurant for 20 minutes and already had the order placed 10 minutes prior to that. Seems if Andy isnt there shit just is to lackadaisical. Thank you for sending me off to work with nothing to eat.

Great option for late night bite or for food delivery. Plus, the drivers are always very friendly.

Got there right before 1:00am after a long night of work. Very friendly staff and happy to serve and be there. I ordered a 14″ cheese and needless to say it was amazing. I just really appreciate that even though it’s late they are friendly and the food is still very good! I would highly recommend this to anyone! They also take care of hospitality workers :)

Fantastic dive bar. Very good Italian food, spectacular pizza. Crazy stupid happy hour from 4−10pm daily. Avoid the hamburger(dry, bland) but the pasta and the pizza – woo boy.

We ordered for delivery a margherita pizza, chicken wings, a cheese burger and fries and we were pleasantly surprised. The food was good, I really enjoyed the pizza. We will be back!

I was in a mood for a couple of slices so since I live nearby I decided to give this place a try. Conveniently located with ample parking there was a buzz along the sidewalk due to it being next door to the St Pete Brewing Co. Inside it was dreary, looked more like a dive bar than anything else. The food part is off to the right with a small area of tables. Not impressed at all. When I got home and took my first bite the dominant ingredient I tasted was sugar. Freakin sugar!!. I’ve made sauce at home all my life and you put a pinch in to take the acidity out of the tomatoes. You don’t scoop it in by the cup. If I wanted something sweet I would have stopped at a convenience store and bought a candy bar. The slices were good size, the dough was average and the pepperoni was the half dollar sized round flat kind that is the most processed and chemically laced that you can buy. I didn’t want to go all the way downtown to the very popular place on Central but that’s where I’ll be heading in the future.

If you’re looking for the cheapest lunch in town, this is the place to go. Mostly Italian food, and remember, you get what you pay for. A burger will cost you $ 4.00 but you may have to wait for it, because it seems like they only have one server for the whole place.

First time here and can’t complain… started off as an 18in for 2 people and 6 slices later this is all that is left… service was a little slow for being a Saturday mid day we sat at the bar with 2 other couples and it took a good 5mins before someone acknowledged us. Regardless for the amount of food and the price you cannot go wrong! Def will be back the next time I’m in st. Pete

My husband, father and I recently had dinner at Angelo’s. The chicken parmesan entrée was tender and the portion was very generous, served with two garlic knots. I had the hot pastrami sandwich piled high with lean meat on marble rye. Dad had the philly cheese steak, all the way with fries, plenty with leftovers. Happy hour drink prices and super friendly service from Carla. Will definitely go back soon for a gyro and a Greek salad which are also awesome!

This place used to be an awesome finish to a night of going out downtown. Seems to have gone downhill lately. I understand that after a few hours of dealing with drunk idiots it’s not going to be easy to remain polite or friendly. This isn’t a review of the staff or service. However, the food was always awesome. Until last night. I ordered my usually chili cheese fries, which used to be a huge pile of crispy crinkle cut fries, smothered in a meaty chili sauce, and drowned in cheese. Last night I got a portion that was half the size, more than likely microwaved, since they were mostly cold in the middle, and a small cup of greasy chili and cheese on the side. So disappointing.

We had a big group, it was a slow. We were mainly the only table. The server welcomed us got our menus. That day, the food came out slow due to 2 cooks quitting. I was not offered a refill of my sweet tea, but was charged. I ordered the eggplant parm sandwich. It was really good even though the cooks were gone. It was a perfect place for a big group to go into for lunch. The server had no issues with splitting the bill 10 separate ways

We got the gyro, falafel gyro, and mozzarella sticks. Not gonna lie this was after a night of heavy drinking after St Pete Pride so it may be we were a little too excited to eat anything, but the gyro was good and the falafel gyro was excellent. The mozzarella sticks weren’t anything special, but not bad either. Will definitely hit them up again — maybe even sober.

Horrible Pizza, I ordered Extra Cheese and Feta Cheese and could still see crust under the sauce right outta the box. You don’t get what you pay for and for a place as empty as this you would figure they would be eager to deliver 3.8 miles away. Bad bad bad

Great pies! Not the absolute best, but still great. Love the crust. I’d like them to get online ordering. That’s my only complaint.

Great place to go to when you are drunk. Open late. Happy hour til 11. Pool tables. Pizza. What else could a drunk want? Sober is a different story. The service is bad and the pizza is ehhhh. But I always come back for pizza, pool and beer. They don’t have much competition when it comes to that. **How can burn the pizza if nobody is here.

A drunk person’s safe haven. This place is the holy grail for the inebriated person. Not only can you fill your carnal desire to go up two pant sizes but you can do it till 3AM. Angelo and his staff are exceptionally friendly and hilarious. The food is of course, what you would expect at 3AM at a pizza joint — nothing to brag about, but satisfying nonetheless when you’re drunk(Kind of like that girl/guy you’re taking home after you eat your pizza of whom you just met at that decrepit bar a few blocks away). Definitely recommend this place(but not that person you are taking home).
