Great shop, I came in without an appointment (which I would suggest getting as its a smaller operation) but a barber there who I assume is the owner said we’ll get you in no problem. My barber was Daniel (I think that was his name) and he was very talented and personable, but not overly talkative which can be annoying sometimes, so just the right amount of conversation. It’s hard to find a barber that I like as I am pretty particular about my hair, and I’ve been to most local shops, but I will definitely be coming back to Chago’s.

Great little shop, clean, hip and fresh environment, the crew looks sharp, sound educated and very friendly. Accepted walk in and accommodated rather quickly .They do razor cuts, hot towel treatment and looks like they have quite few regulars
I will suggest you give them a try, I don’t think you will be disappointed … This is one of the BEST Barber shops I have found around St. Pete.

Best. Haircut. Ever.
Both Chago & Kevin have cut my hair & both times I’ve walked out of that shop feeling like a million bucks! They meticulously snip, buzz, clip and cut to give you the best haircut every time. But that’s not all. Before you’re done, they wrap your head with a hot & steamy towel: sensuous! They even took a straight razor to sculpt the contours of my hair/​face post towel. I am not being hyperbolic when I say this is THE BEST BARBER. Period.

Bro! These guys are the Truth and nothing but it so help me god. Not only did I get an awesome fade but I felt very comfortable there, as if I were amongst very good friends. The hot towel service, their specialized beard service and their great customer service is what sets them far apart from any other shop in the bay area. Chago has done an amazing job in finding good barbers brothers who are just as dedicated as he is in giving quality hair cuts and providing excellent customer service to work along side him at Chagos Barber shop. 10’s across the board!

By the far the best barber I have been to in St. Pete. Chago knows what he is doing when it comes to cutting hair I highly recommend this barber shop and will definitely be returning for my next cut.

This is by far the best barber shop I’ve ever been to! You can make an appointment online with no wait, the prices are great and the shop is awesome! I recommend Kevin or Chago, both are great… and yes they use a hot towel and a straight razor. I highly recommend these guys!

Best barbershop in town! I started going to Chago’s a month ago and Shawn has cut my hair a few times. He’s amazing. My hair has never looked better. The attention to detail and the warm welcome you receive at Chago’s is something you just don’t get at other shops in the area. Try Chago’s, you won’t be sorry!

I am very mad at Chago.
First of all, he is very friendly and all but knows what to do with my horrible vague instructions. He gives me a great haircut. He gives me a wonderful hot towel shave. He was funny, cordial, and a great barber.
The reason I’m mad is that I’m going have to go to Central Florida again to get another haircut from him.
How am I going to continue getting compliments on how great my hair looks if my new favorite barber lives in friggin’ St. Pete?

The reason we chose this barber was because he took appointments. Today was the second time that he stood one of us up for an appointment. He lost three great customers today as a result of his total disregard for his clients needs. If you book an appointment you better make sure and call first. Chago is very unreliable and his other barber had very poor cutting skills. He needs to stick to bartending.

Chago is a master with the beard. There’s always a wait when I go which I don’t mind because it’s good to see others using his service. I enjoy listening to the customers joke and chat while I wait. Great atmosphere and very professional attitude! Highly recommended.
