I used this service for over 6 months and was not impressed. They broke a dish while cleaning and left it on the counter. There was no note. Nothing.
They left the television on and just left.
They never show up on time. I indicated that I wanted the service between 11 and 12. They would arrive anywhere from 11 to 3 o’clock.
I called to complain and was promised that they would always be there between 11 – 12. No variation. Today, I took off from work to let them in and they did not show up between the designated hours. I come back to work and at 1230 I get a call that they are on the way.
The maids that I worked with were very nice and did a good job however the management at this company is just not very good.
Would I recommend them? Yes, if you do not care what time they show up. However, if you require them to show up at a specific time then no way.
