I was surprised to see the weak reviews here. Today I received what is probably my fourth of fifth Edible Arrangements delivery from this location, in the past two or so years, and as always, it is fantastic. The fruit is always very fresh and perfectly chilled. Moreover, their delivery drivers go above and beyond to ensure that someone will be available, if no one is home. The last delivery, the driver called and was able to narrow down a time where he could leave the arrangement and I would be home soon after — he was very concerned about the quality of the product. I was home today, and the driver was so cheery and friendly — it added to the fun of a getting a great anniversary gift. Keep up the great work Edible Arrangements 34th St!

I’m so upset with this place. My boyfriend ordered me an edible arrangement for my birthday yesterday as a surprise. We never ordered one before. It came and the melons were ok but every single strawberry was soft and slimy. How can you sell that? And there are a lot of strawberries on it! Not just a few. I got it late in the afternoon yesterday and by this morning it was molded. Very sad. I couldn’t even enjoy it. I ate maybe 3 sticks off of it. Won’t ever order again. Update: at the time that I posted this review, I was contacted for a replacement bouquet. Just thought it was nice that they tried to fix it and wanted to add.

If I could give this place a half star, I would. My friend ordered an arrangement to be delivered to me for Valentines Day. He ordered it three days in advance. Friday rolls around and no edible goodies for me to devour. I called Saturday and spoke with«Mike» who assured me that I would be receiving my arrangement that day. Saturday ends, no arrangement! I called today, Sunday and«Mike» places me on hold, 5 minutes pass by and no «Mike», 10, 15, 20, 28 minutes roll around before«Mike» finally answers the effin phone. I had lost my patience by then and proceeded to tell his ass off. I ended up having to get my own damn arrangement because the staff is too incompetent to actually work. Luckily, i don’t think too much of Valentines Day to say something as dramatic as, «My day was ruined». He didn’t even offer an apology for the f*ck up. Worst customer service I have ever experienced!
