Needed to ship a package to Europe and was in and out within 5 minutes.

If you want professional service and customer service, DO NOT use this facility. From the manager down to the staff, they are rude and nasty.
I was unable to stop a shipment before it was sent via FedEx. So, I had the package detoured to this location. I received a call from them when the package arrived. I was excited my package had arrived, but the woman who called me from the store was downright snotty when I said that I was traveling and that I would not be back to town until late Saturday (8 days later), but hat I would be there by closing at 6p. She rudely told me that they won’t hold shipments more than 5 business days, and that I had better be there on Saturday. Too bad for me I thought I had the package held at the 4^th Street location … so I didn’t make it to the store by 6p. Stressed from some really upsetting family problems, I called the store and the phone rang at least 20 times. Wow! Confronted with nasty again! I told the person who finally answered that I got confused about which location my package was and that it was so close to 6p I wouldn’t make it before closing. Boy was I surprised … they had already returned my package … several hours earlier!
It was a package that I wanted, I told them that I had tried to stop the shipment beforehand and couldn’t … hence the re-​routing, I told them it was something I wanted, they knew I would pick up the package as soon as I returned to town, and yet they returned it hours before closing, so even if I had made it before their 6p closing the package would have been gone.
