Don’t even waste your time getting a quote. HORRIBLE company — can not be trusted.

The windows themselves look nice and were installed quickly. The crew was very efficient and neat. However customer service with this company is a complete joke. We signed a contract to have our windows redone and handed over a deposit check with the stipulation that the check could not be cashed and the job could not begin until our home equity loan funds dispersed. Apparently there was miscommunication between our sales guy and office staff, because our check was cashed the next day. We also got several angry calls from the owner of the company telling us he was going to take legal action against us for breach of contract when we would not agree to have the windows installed per his timeline rather than the one we previously agreed upon. Things didn’t end there. Our windows were installed in October. I had to call the office OVER TEN TIMES to get an inspection of the windows on the schedule so the company could come out and do the finish work and take the stickers off. No one answers the phone and half the time their voicemails are full so you can’t leave a message. The city inspector conducted his inspection, however NO ONE FROM HOME PERFORMANCE ALLIANCE SHOWED UP AFTERWARDS TO FINISH THE JOB AS PROMISED. This company has dropped the ball so many times with us. We were slotted to be one of HPA’s «show case» homes. They didn’t even bother placing signage outside of our house because they knew how dissatisfied we were with the whole experience. Do yourself a favor and order your windows from a company who actually cares about their customers.

If you don’t mind being lied to, waiting 6 months to have a job completed, taking off of work and then no one showing up, when they do show up having all different crews with wrong materials, and then asking you what needs to be done because they have no idea so then they have to leave, then this is the company for you! This whole experience has been a complete nightmare! Their answer for their bad reviews with the BBB was blaming the window manufacturer that they were using so they switched manufacturers… So now what’s the excuse? The ONLY good thing about the company, hence the 1 star, was there installer Julian he was professional, honest, and the only reason anything got done, without him I don’t know where we would be!

Installation looks good to me, but I am not a trained eye. Although it did pass inspection and the inspectors said that certain aspects were a bit over kill but not a bad thing.
My issues was the communication:
1 — Never received dimensions of the actual glass
This presented an issue with trying to get teh TECO rebate. Unfortunately the communication was so terrible I never got a copy of the invoice with the proper declensions, which Teco said was required. That cost me ~300 bucks in rebates. On top of that, they threw away some of the window stickers that are also required for the rebate.
2. Also, communication was so bad that after the inspection, I had to try three times to get someone to come out to complete the finishing.
3. Finally, the screens keep falling down, I mentioned this and requested someone get in touch with me regarding replacements. That never happened.
Would i recommend to anyone, probably not.

I have worked with remodeling companies in my home state and in Florida, but this was my best experience. I used Home Performance Alliance for windows for my winter home, and I’ve never been happier with the results — new windows & a whole new look on our home. I gotta say, I’m a happy customer.

I signed up just to share my experience with these guys… When I called them, i wasn’t really expecting a whole lot — because I’ve had to deal with a few different repair companies over my years as a flipper. But, I must say these guys surprised me nicely; they gave me a realistic quote for windows on my latest project, and they delivered on time & on budget. If you know anything about flipping houses — time is definitely money — you don’t wanna pay carrying cost any longer than you have to. Now this house is finished and beautiful & on the market!

Every purchase I make (especially for home improvement) I like to obtain multiple quotes and research pricing as much as possible.
I have flipped multiple houses over the last decade so I already know what I need and had the dimensions prepared for my quotes.
Long story short:
I called and got a quote it wasn’t the cheapest option but it wasn’t the most expensive either, they came to my house to double check the measurements and told me everything could be installed shortly there after.
I told them I was going to get a few more bids before I committed and we parted ways.
Eventually a culmination of events happened and the other company I was considering and actually gave a deposit to kept dragging there feet and said it would take 6 – 8 weeks to finish the job. I am trying to flip a house not sit on it!
Had them install 6 new windows and replace the front door on a house we flipped in late February of this year.
I would recommend them again and especially if they serviced outside of FL. I would use them again on our future endeavors.
