If I could leave 0 stars I would. Unfortunately Unilocal makes me leave 1. Im not quite sure if it is Ibis Walk that sucks so bad or it’s tenants. Must be a combo of both. 99% of cell phone calls drop unless you are standing outside of the apartment. We have to flip our switch breaker 4 times a day to keep the air conditioner working. Families do not feel welcome.
