I come here on a regular basis, and this is the best place to get Pad Thai, anywhere!!!
The cashiers are always nice, I’ve never had an issue with my order (always delicious and perfect), and it’s a spacious place with lots of places to sit. (Also outdoor seating is available).
I bring everyone here because the food is always amazing. I normally get the Pad Thai every time. I switch up the protein though in it. I recommend the shrimp and chicken together or separate.

I love Pei Wei, I have been battling cancer for the past two months and the only food I enjoy is from Pei Wei. The wonderful flavors of ginger and soy come through all the time. The spring rolls are fantastic and the chili sauce is incredible. I use the online order process and my meal is always ready for pick up! A great Asian Fusion place and we are so lucky to have it close to South Pasadena, FL. The lettuce wraps are awesome too.

I am a huge fan of Pad Thai at Pei Wei. A little spice and crunchy go so great together. This was my first visit to this location and it was clean with a nice atmosphere. It took a little longer than expected for my food to arrive but it didn’t disappoint and was worth the wait. The employees were very friendly.

Pei Wei is one of my favorite new «fast casual» restaurants. I know it isn’t really new, but it is fairly new to me. We have been avoiding the restaurant for years due to our hatred of their popular sister restaurant. Man, are we regretting that now.
I have been to Pei Wei three times now and I have liked everything that I have tried. I normally order white rice with chicken or beef and a different type of sauce each time. So far I have tried the Thai Dynamite, Mongolian, Pei Wei Spicy and Sesame. I have also tried the pork egg rolls and a spicy tuna roll.
Thai Dynamite — ³⁄₅ — I was a little disappointed in this one. While it was still tasty, I was missing the spice and the strong punch of flavor the name implies.
Mongolian — ⁴⁄₅ — My Husband orders this almost every time. It has amazing flavor and tastes great the first few bites, but can become overwhelming and monotone after several bites. It does contain mushrooms that really compliment the flavors well.
Pei Wei Spicy — ⁵⁄₅ — Still not spicy enough for me, but very good. I loved the vegetables and the flavor.
Sesame — ⁵⁄₅ — My favorite so far! The flavor is similar to sweet and sour, but less sweet. The red bell peppers and sesame seeds really add a lot to this dish.
Pork Egg Rolls — ⁵⁄₅ — DELICIOUS. As a matter of fact, they are the best egg rolls I have ever tried. These are a little different from the egg rolls that you get at Chinese restaurants, but they are so much better. We order four as a side every visit. They are served with a sweet chile dipping sauce.
Spicy Tuna Roll — ³⁄₅ — While this was good, it was not by any means a great sushi roll or worth the price. We decided to avoid sushi at Pei Wei after trying this.
The meat in the dishes is always clean and delicious. You won’t encounter the bad pieces of meat like you do at some Asain restaurants. The chicken is lightly breaded and tasty without being greasy. The steak is a nice cut and not tough, chewy or fatty. I have also tried the brown rice and I liked it, but it was different. It was more «puffy» almost like a pasta or one of those newly popular grains (farro?).
I am determined to try everything on the menu eventually. I am really eager to try the noodles and salads. I know this may be a chain restaurant, but it is one that makes me really happy.

I ordered online and waited till the time said and went to pick it up. The had only made a side of fries when I order a lot more then that I showed the confirmation email that showed all that I had ordered and they were so surprised they made my order in a flash but she gave me a discount on the food and a free while I waited. I was upset at first but the staff was very sweet and take care of everything for me and was very very helpful I’m actually very happy

The best Asian diner in this side of town! The servings are huge and the food is simply delicious! Hot, fresh, and tasty. My favorites include the sesame chicken and Mongolian chicken with fried rice. Snickerdoodles is yummy too! Great service. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Alger, the manager, was very helpful and made sure that our needs were well taken care off. I’ll definitely come back to this place!

This place has been around, but I had never wondered in. I was no overly impressed, but was pleased with what I got. It is fast casual for Asian food. The service was fine and the place was clean.

Horrible. Worst asian food that I’ve ever had. Dry, hard rice. Vegetables uncooked, hard, and cold. Totally inedible. Tossed the entire meal in the trash. Tasted like reheated 6 month old leftovers that someone forgot in the refrigerator.

Simple fried rice with no egg was given hard vegetables and no peas my toddler couldn’t even chew not happy won’t return.

For fast-​casual, Pei Wei is a solid option.
This one is located near Tyrone Mall and is in the same shopping center as Jimmy John’s and Chipotle so parking he CRAZY at lunchtime.
Trying to be somewhat healthy, I do appreciate the brown rice option and the small size that you’re able to order.
They do a good job of denoting menu items that are under 500 cal, and I was happy to see that the chicken broccoli was one of them.
Is it the best meal ever? No but it’s not a bad option either

My fiancé and I come to Pei Wei almost weekly. We really enjoy the menu, especially the new sushi rolls they have. The first couple of times we tried the Teriyaki Crunch roll, it was amazing, and we increased our appetizer from the 4 piece to the 8 piece. After the first couple of weeks though, the consistency of the sushi rolls really dropped. Once we did not even finish our rolls. Overall though, we’ve had really good experience with the sushi.
I always get the same thing when I go to Pei Wei, because it’s my favorite. I get the chicken fried rice. The fried rice IS consistently good and with the sushi, the small portion more than fills me up for lunch. My fiancé always changes up what she orders and she always enjoys what she has.

The workers at Pei Wei recognize us now and they are very friendly and courteous when we come in.

I frequent this Pei Wei. They are prompt and accommodate me on short notice, like the other night when I called in a pick-​up order 10 minutes before they were scheduled to close. They have my order saved on their computer system (yep I pretty much get the same thing every time — spicy kung pow chicken with brown rice, got to love the peanuts! My fiancée almost always gets honey chicken with white rice).
Compared to the local mom and pop places, Pei Wei is preferred for us because of consistency. The other places might blow you away with the quality and taste sometimes (and even beat out Pei Wei) but other times it is so bad, that in my opinion the gamble is not worth it.
I think it is great Pei Wei added sushi and I have been meaning to try it, but I have not gotten around to it yet. It looks good in the pictures.
What really keeps me coming back to Pei Wei more than anything is the chicken mushroom lettuce wraps. They are awesome.
I have never had a bad experience at this location, but I just cannot bring myself to give a chain 5 stars, so I have to leave it at 4. I will be very surprised if you are disappointed.

Always fast, clean, staff are friendly. I have not once had a bad meal at this location or any pei wei for that matter. Pricing is fair, alot of choices.

Great customer service by, I believe to be, the manager. I will just stick with that but he is a solid example of each member of the staff.
The manager was nice enough to make sure I got all of my sauces and chopsticks, as well as a cookie, and an extra snicker doodle for the road. I know it sounds bad that he gave me an extra cookie but it was late and they could be toward the end of their days, anyways he let me have it… It was god damn delicious.
Then after I walk to my car I see another gentleman walk up to the door and it was closed, i was one of the last customers. But the same manager walked over, unlocked it, stepped outside, told him to come on in, and greeted him at the door like a professional.
Needless to say I am a customer. As if the mango California rolls and every enter on the menu isn’t dank, bomb, incredible, amazing, splendid, delightful, scrumdidlyumptious… Whatever works for you. It is just really good.
But the customer service displayed by the staff and this manager is what creates not just a repeat customer, but an advertiser/​fan. I will always recommend this store to people in the area. I will be back!

Amazing food and quantity as well. Better than the once in northern Virginia even.

The place was packed, so maybe that was their excuse. My kung pao chicken was kind of weird-​the chicken was breaded and fried-​not a good way to do it when I expected it to be stir fried. The brown rice was a little dry. I had to send back the pork egg roll after requesting it crispy and receiving it (finally, after a very long wait) soggy. The hot and sour soup was pretty good.
You can do much better than this, Pei Wei, get it together.

Pretty good. I’ve only ever ordered Pei Wei chicken salad and it’s always pretty. The chicken could have been a little more tender but it had great flavor. I usually add lime on this salad but they don’t carry limes anymore. Bummer.
Most of the empty tables were dirty. Since my friend couldn’t sit at the high top we had to sit at a dirty table. When they started bringing our food, they realized our table was dirty, thankfully they took care of it right away.
Overall good but they need to keep up with tables, also bring back the limes :-(

I went to Pei Wei for the first time yesterday. I wasn’t blown away in any fashion.
I had an order of the Kung Pao (sp?) chicken with brown rice, and I tried a fortune cookie and some of the dishes my friends got. It was good food, but it wasn’t mind blowing by any stretch of the imagination.
The actual restaurant itself is very clean. The servers are nice. I was a little bit confused because it almost looks like it’s going to be a real restaurant, but it’s set up like a fast food restaurant too. It’s a less cool version of Panda Express I would say.
Be warned, the water/​ice machine requires skills beyond my brain power.
