Perfect Ten Studio & Spa

I love Perfect Ten Studio and Spa! Christina is fantastic and did a wonderful job on my acrylics. After shopping around the St. Pete/​Tampa area for a nail salon for months, I’ve finally found my home. The shaping is fantastic and the products she uses are top of the line. After a week and a half, my nails still look great and there’s no lifting on any sides of any of my nails. (I often have problems with this, prior nail techs have said it’s because my cuticles are thin… but it looks like it was just the products they were using.) Also, Christina and Co. :) are up to using new nail techniques, I know they do stamping and different types of glitter nails. I’ve also seen people leave with beautiful colored matte acrylics, didn’t know that was a thing. The staff is friendly and chatty, which I love in a nail salon, and I can understand them, which was a relief because I could tell Christine exactly what I wanted with my nails and she was able to address every issue. They also have great deals on their Facebook page so make sure you check that out too. Also, their prices are right in line with the majority of the Asian nail places around, so if you’re worried price might be a concern, have no fear. :)

My roommate ordered a groupon for cut and color for $ 50. Within two minutes of walking in the door they told her it would cost an extra $ 30 otherwise it would look bad. When I asked why he said he would need to mix two different bowls and use the second formula on her ends. All she wanted was a solid color! I’ve gotten my hair done 1000 times at different places. She is more an amateur and that is why she asked me to come. The explanation based on the condition of her hair was bs. They also wanted to charge $ 35 for a conditioning treatment! I’ve never paid more than $ 15! I don’t know how to say this nicely but the place was dirty and so were the people running it. The woman rudely asked if I knew groupon already discounted the deal. Of course I know that! Long story short we left went to Mia and maxx paid $ 100 for the same thing and it came out GREAT with one process. And we paid $ 10 for a conditioning treatment. It’s about the principal people!!! Don’t offer a discounted rate make people drive all the way to bfe and then tell them it’s 2x the cost!

I came here for a hair-​cut and color in October. Its was the last day for the hair stylist that did my hair. Christina was interviewing stylist. The service was good the cut and color were done very nice. BUT its a Very small shop with supplies stacked everywhere, 2 manicurists and just the 1 hair stylist. And Gossip, Gossip, Gossip was ALL the Chatter! If you like that then this is the place for you.

I went into Salon today for Dermafile facial. Elyssa the Esthetician took time to go over every detail of procedure, what to expect etc… The facial was superb!
My skin looks rejuvenated and feels as soft «as a babies behind». I should continue to see results over time as well. I can’t wait to go back for more!
Elyssa has a perfect touch, gentle yet firm, I would say she gave me one of best facials I have ever gotten.
I would highly recommend Elyssa !!!

So if you have not been to Perfect Ten Studios; you’ve been missing out. They’ve got amazing employees for nails, hair & massage.
I’ve been going to Christina for over a year now just for nails because I don’t trust anybody else. I always walk out completely satisfied everytime.
One thing that is hard for me (since I have an aunt who always did my hair growing up) to find is a great hairstylist. Well Perfect Ten Studios has hired such an amazing stylist that does wonders in highlighting & cutting it just the way I need it to fit my crazy lifestyle. If you need your hair done; you must come see Aja, she is completely talented with her job.
And lastly Arelys does amazing work with her hands. I’ve gone to her quite a few times after I found out I had a bulging disc from a car accident. So now and then I have good and bad days. When I can feel a bad day coming I head on over to the salon for an amazing massage.
These ladies do such an amazing job that I wouldn’t trust anybody else. The conversation and atmosphere at the salon is great. Try Perfect Ten Studios :)

I’ve had my nails done by Christina for 3 years now. I love her new Perfect 10 Studio and Spa. It has a classic atmosphere, friendly people and I always feel like I’m the most important person every time I visit. I’ve had acrylic nails for 40 years and have NEVER had PERFECT nails each and every time I get them done. Excellent work, the best products, and I always feel pampered. Thank you Christina!

Every now and again, you stumble across a service that is outstanding, I have had the good fortune to ‘discover’ Arelys, the massage therapist at Perfect Ten. She listened to my concerns and addressed them to the highest degree of skill. Each time I visit, the massage therapy is better. Low key, skilled and respectful. One of the best.

Got a groupon for a deluxe pedicure and shellac nails, my pedicure was great but as for the shellac i got done lasted for about 3 days and started to peel after that. Looked thick and bumpy also. I am disappointed as a first time customer, not sure if it was because I used a groupon but the work done was not great. On a good note the staff is very pleasant and place is clean.

One of the best massages I have ever had. The therapist is very adept at finding the knots and working them out. I found this massage therapist via a groupon that was gifted to me. It was so good, I went and bought for myself and family. Very conveniently located with easy parking. The only drawback encountered is the telephone number on the group on is incorrect. I searched and found the correct number and it takes 2 – 3 days to reach an actual person at the salon to set your appointment.
It is nothing fancy, but I prefer function, casualness and great competence over fancy form and elite-​ness.
I definitely recommend Arelys as your go to massage therapist, if you are looking to distress and relax, or revitalize and/​or gain more range of motion.
Have had my nails done here. I like the glass tubs over ceramic for sanitary reasons, would like to see that carried over to use of tools. Emory boards and clippers appear to be used amongst clients without coming from a sealed package.

Perfect 10 had some good things about it, but overall I was not too satisfied with the experience.
Christina is the owner and she definitely knows her stuff. Her salon is very clean and reasonably priced.
However, I had the gels done and they only lasted about 4 days, which was really disappointing.
Additionally, the staff were friendly and nice but they spent a lot of time gossiping about another local salon and talking about their kids, families, lives, etc. It was like a big loud gossip fest so I felt like I was at cocktail hour, not a salon. I felt this was not very professional and it really took away from the experience. It also meant that my nails took a LONG time as Layla seemed more interested in chatting with the other girls there.
Again, lovely staff, but the not the best experience I have had in St. Pete so far.

I am not usually one to get my nails done on a regular basis, but Perfect Ten makes it so affordable to get pampered regularly. Not to mention I get lots of compliments and who doesn’t love that!

Such great service, friendly and thorough, perfect ten provided my friends and I a spa party with snacks and drinks included… arelys gives the best back massages really getting all the kinks out… I also had a facial by layla that left me feeling cleansed and refreshed and christina provided an amazing pedicure and foot mask… couldn’t be more satisfied… looking forward to booking the next spa party…
