The people here are incredibly nice. They have fair prices, comparable to the big stores. My elderly mother need a repair on her glasses and not only did they repair the glasses but they didn’t charge me for it. I will never go to another eye doctor.

I am a new patient of Dr Shettle and I highly recommend him. He gave a thorough eye exam and his staff is awesome. An overall great experience.

Mr. Shettle is patronizing, even at first meeting, in addition to being arrogant at times with his patients. His dispensary doesn’t handle difficult prescriptions well, they just want to upsell to the highest cost lenses, and the frames are pretty pricey to begin with. Not everyone who walks through his door is a schmuck.
I recommend going somewhere else, unless you want to spend a lot, have a simple prescription, and enjoy getting a crappy response.

Still love these guys! So personable and welcoming. I had to come in for my own eye exam and it went very quickly. I enjoyed conversations with everyone there and the exam went painlessly and pleasantly. Great people and office! I felt no pressure from anyone there to purchase anything or add anything on to my exam. And I am so bad with names, I need to fix this ASAP and learn everyone’s names there! Staff is top notch and Dr. Shettle is wonderful. Very honest and thorough and gave me great advice.
Very large variety of frames for everyone. Even though I do not currently need glasses, I did see many pairs that I would have LOVED to try on and/​or wear lol! Thank you so much Shettle Eye Care for taking care of us.

Very thorough exam. Wonderful Staff. Dr. Shettle is great. He takes his time to explain things to you and makes you feel comfortable. I also had a nice choice of luxury eyeware to choose from. I am very particular and I highly recommend Dr. Shettle and his staff! Love the doggie too!

I highly recommend Dr. Shettle and his store Shettle Family Eye Care & Eye Wear. I bought a beautiful pair of frames their that I adore. And their selection can’t be beat. It’s an impressively large variety of high-​quality designer frames. (To be fair, these were a bit pricier than other places I’d looked, but since I tend to wear my glasses for at least one or two years before switching, personally, I didn’t mind the slightly extra cost. And their frames were far lovelier than any frames I saw elsewhere.) I didn’t have my current prescription with me, which was from a different eyeglass store I’d gone to a couple of years ago, so Dr. Shettle gave me a vision test right then and there at no charge. Was incredibly convenient. I plan to keep Dr. Shettle as my permanent eye doctor and return there when I need new frames.

Cant say enough good things about Dr. Shettle. The entire Shettle Family Eye care staff is extremely welcoming and helpful. The office is nice and clean, easy to locate, and spacious. Waiting time was minimal and the waiting room is very comfy. Dr. Shettle really tried to find out any problems i was having with my eyes currently, as well as spending time to make sure my perscription was perfect. I will be recommending Dr. Shettle to all of my friends after such an enjoyable experience.

His staff is friendly and I trust him with my eyes.
Sometimes you just have to go with your gut instincts!
