Here’s something new. There is a big screen at the checkout asking customers to rate their experience. Well, guess what? The restrooms are out of order(not the fault of the employees at the store), cash back was not available(not the fault of the employees the store), and the building is obsolete and overcrowded(not the fault of the employees at the store) yet I guarantee anything less than great will be blamed on the employees at the store. But the employees were cheerful and friendly apparently resigned to doing the best they can despite typical Circle K lack of support from the higher-ups. Don’t answer the satisfaction survey. If you say you had a great experience you’d be lying and if you said it wasn’t good the only people tried to help you will be blamed.

The gas is always at a good price. I think that all the Wawas in the area have put pressure on all the gas stations. The gas pumps seem to a ways work. But, the gas station is at the end of a Publix parking lot which gives it a weird vibe and can make it difficult to get in and out. The inside is like a run down Circle K.

The attendants here are just downright rude. Get it together, Shell. I usually don’t review gas stations, but this place is RIDICULOUS. Not only are they extremely rude, they just don’t care. About anything. Customer service is less than satisfactory. I hate going in here, and only do so if I absolutely have to. I am also sure to let everyone I know that they shouldn’t waste their money here. Owners: BEWARE, your staff is causing you to lose business. The black girl is rude, and so is the lesbian.(Not that I’m a homophobe, I’m gay myself.) Just all around horrible.

I normally do not write reviews on gas stations but this one needs to get it together! This is a busy station and I always see 1 poor clerk working while they struggle to get the constant line of customers down. More and more people want to pay inside lately since gas pump scams are up… including THIS station that had card readers at their pumps. Hire additional help so we all do not have to wait forever in line!

It’s just a gas station and car wash but the people that work here are very nice. They’ve always gone out of the way to point out to me what’s on sale, or discounted if purchased in quantity and even helped with stupid questions(re: car wash) without treating me like a dumb girl. Its convenient, quick, clean and helpful.

I stopped in here on the way out of the Publix shopping center so that my friend could pick up some Skoal. We were inside and waiting in line to pay when a mother and son came up to the counter. The mother had several items and the kid was holding one of those orange sherbet ice cream pops for $ 0.79. Apparently the clerk didn’t see the ice cream pop because as the mom and child were walking out of the store one of the employees who wasn’t behind the counter YELLEDOUTLOUDLY«Did you get that F@!%ing kid’s ice cream?» The clerk replies«No» and then the first woman yelled back sarcastically«You better F@!%ing go get it then huh!» There were several other customers in the place along with several children along with the original child. I found this highly offensive especially considering that it was the employee’s fault not the child. He wasn’t hiding it or anything. Plus watch your language around the children! Or Watch your language in general in a business setting. It is the polite thing to do! So this store is a one star for having foul language around children and terrible customer service. Clean up your act!
