If I could give this place zero stars, then I would. I was accompanying my girlfriend on her apartment hunt today, and as we entered the leasing office to take a seat, the woman said«Hi, do you have a question? I’m getting ready to go show an apartment.» My girlfriend said she was interested in looking at one bedroom apartments and the woman said«We only have three bedroom apartments available and don’t have any one bedrooms for the next 60 days.» Okay, that’s fine, but don’t treat us like crap. Where is your professionalism, lady? You didn’t even ask the time frame that she wants to move or offer any information. Also, the Apartments app states that there are one bedroom units available right now. So, are you lying, or did you forget to update the app? Thank you for providing misleading information. We didn’t get the woman’s name(she didn’t provide it, of course), but she was an older woman. Probably in her 50s. Management– if you could please pull this woman aside and tell her she needs to be respectful to everyone that walks through the door. Thank you.

Well I will start with the positives: the location is awesome quiet neighbor hood but close enough to downtown, you have a small washer and dryer in each apartment, and the properties and pools are well maintained. A few negatives the walls are extremely thin, parking is very limited at night they recently changed ownership and found termites which they now have to bag.

Great views but not the best living space. Very cramped. Bathrooms are tiny and bedrooms lack walk-in closets. The apartments are nothing special but if you happen to get one with waterfront views it almost makes up for the building and living space.(Not worth living here if you don’t have a waterfront view)
