Super nice place to shop for yarn. I just browsed, but the person directed me towards some local wool and some that had been custom dyed for the shop. Overall, a lovely experience.

This Shop was Awesome. visited on Monday and shop was closed. Owner opened for me when I was looking in window, Now if that was exciting enough I must tell you what I purchased(knitting needles that light up!) this is going back to Maryland with me for my GF’s who knit as a fun gift for Xmas. When I’m back in the area I will be back!

I had a private crochet lesson with the shop owner while vacationing in the area, and I can’t recommend this place highly enough! She was incredibly helpful and very calm and patient and managed to make it all very simple and doable! The store has a great vibe and is a fun place to spend some time. I highly recommend!

Could not believe my luck when I discovered Stash a Place for Yarn a few months ago. Such a hip little shop with loads of beautiful yarn, I am a new knitter and the shop owner is always available to assist in any way. Prices and choices are great!

Very tiny shop, and the yarn is a little over market normal rates, which was disappointing. The owner seemed nice, but she also seemed hesitant to leave me alone, and followed me around talking about every yarn I looked at. It was well kept and tidy, but not my favorite place.

Love this store! They have such beautiful yarns to choose from and the people at Stash are so helpful. I’m new to crochet and they have helped so much. I am even going to take a knitting class there.

Stash is a great little yarn shop conveniently located in the heart of downtown. Locally owned and operated, the store hosts regular knitting nights in a cozy and comfortable environment where men and women are welcome. The inventory consists of a variety of knitting needles and crochet hooks; cotton, silk, alpaca, wool and merino yarns in different weights; kits and other supplies. It’s a great resource for those who enjoy working in the fiber arts, and a great addition to downtown.
