Absolutely fabulous! After seeing different doctors and physiotherapists, oriental medicine practitioners, over the years, frustrated that nobody could give me a clear answer as what to do about my bad posture and related back pain, I found Karen! She just looks at your whole body and sees right away how to transform you back to what you should be! She will move all your bones that are in the wrong place with hands-​on AND exercises! And first of all she will teach you how to breath and get air into those muscles again, so they can relax and let go of those bones they are pulling in the wrong direction! Does that make any sense? My already lousy posture got really bad over the years, esp during motherhood I neglected my body and it reached its climax with a painful stiff neck with stinging pain behind one eye. I thought my hunching back was genetic, impossible to straighten anymore. Karen checked me through on my first visit and explained to me what she saw and tested and what the problem of my skeleton was. And she said you can always move that skeleton how you want! She combined all valuable techniques (hands-​on work to relax sore muscles and move bone positions as well as giving me perfectly tailored exercise homework), while precisely keeping track of changes, revising strategies if necessary. All with the clear goal of letting her patients ‘graduate’ (as she calls it), so they learn to fix themselves, should they fall back into bad habits. Definitely a one of a kind treatment in its thoroughness and completeness!
