Food was ok. Got grilled wings my niece got hot wings. They were ok. But the service as most everyone in this string has commented is so uncoordinated and unorganized It is a wonder these guys have been in business so long. The server, Dominique, was very pleasant and attentive, but it took quite a while to get my first then second beer. Dominique said she had one area where we were sat and there were several large tables that were large parties (5 or more people).
The other areas were scattered between large tables mixed with small tables of 1−2−3 people so the uncoordinated part is not balancing out the table load among servers and the unorganized part is them not having tasks assigned to at least get drinks out more quickly with clearly assigned duties and areas. I know the restaurant business is tough but they have been in business ling enough to refine this and correct it. I wonder if they really want to?

The first time I came here it was really busy but the food was great, service was fast and friendly. It was a good experience. However this time was not. My significant other ordered bottomless boneless wings. His first batch was great. When he ordered the second, it was brought out by someone other than our waitress. Normally that’s okay if its busy but it was pretty dead. He then ordered a beer. We literally watched our waitress lollygag at the bar with his beer instead of bringing it to the table right away. We watched her for about 5 minutes do absolutely nothing. He then ordered more wings. It took quite a while for them to come out, when they were finally being brought out, they were dropped off at ANOTHER table by a different waitress. She did not ask the table if it was their order and did not give them time to object. We made awkward eyecontact with the table and they gave is the food. The waitress was nowhere to be found. When she finally came over, it seemed like she realized they were dropped off at the wrong table but she didn’t say anything. We finished our meal. Waited for our check. Again couldn’t find her. We watched her chitchat across the restaraunt with another waitress. Took about 15 minutes after we finished our meal to finally get our check. Normally this would be acceptable if it was slammed but it was so dead. Only giving 3 stars because the first visit was great. This one sucked.

On hold over 10minutes to place an order. Hardly any cars in the parking lot when we drove by to get wings somewhere else.

They should pay you to come to this location! The service was horrible and the food was even worse! An order of 50 wings and get more than ¾ of it be Flappers is a bit crazy, it’s like they threw uneaten leftovers on the table for us. For as long as it took to get the wings I think they were in the back waiting for more to hatch. They nickel and dime you for everything! The bathrooms are disgusting. I’m not sure how this place is still running with a better Hooters 2 minutes away!

The 1 star is for the situation that I’ll explain. The wings I’ll give a 3.5, the girls a 4. But when I first approached the door to go into the building, there was a patron standing outside, right NEXT to the front entrance door, smoking a cigarette. After going in and being seated, I asked to speak to the Mgr. I explained to him that there should be «no smoking» signs near the front entrants so that not only me, but ALL of his patrons wouldn’t have to walk through a cloud of smoke before entering the restaurant. He said, «okay», and didn’t offer any feedback (probably a smoker himself). Then as I was leaving, I noticed that they had ash trays set out on the railing outside the door, which is INVITING people to smoke right NEXT TO THE FRONT DOOR. What a SHIT-​HOLE, and what an IDIOT manager.

Best buffalo chicken sandwich anywhere! Don’t let the price scare you away, it’s HUUUGE! The piece of chicken is big enough for two sandwiches. Make sure you get extra napkins, it can be really messy!

Do not come here! Do not use the Unilocal coupon or restaurant coupon from their website, because then manager will come to your table and accuse of a fraud!!! Are you kidding me?! How unprofessional is he? Not only that, There was an handicapped man in a wheelchair, trying desperately to move the chair out the way by himself and four of the girls were just chatting their life away. I felt so bad I helped him myself, then walked to the hostess area to get him service. He obviously was too very frustrated, complaining about how horrible these waitress were. Then all hell broke loose. Brunette girl charged up to this handicapped man and to us, and said very sarcastically that he «owns» this place. She was so rude. Me and my boyfriend ended up finishing our beer outside deck then these waitresses turned up the radio outside so we can’t even hear each other! They purposely turned up the radio volume all the way up because there was nobody watching the tv. Do yourself s favor, do not come here. Bad service and bad attitude towards customers. Even to an old handicapped man. To those waitresses. Grow up and be professional on your job please (that includes the manager).

Went here to see the game. I was placed in the corner away from any visible televisions. Service was fast. Waitress was nice but didn’t talk much. Ordered boneless wings which were bland and the breading was falling off of the meat. Damn those wings were gross. Very underwhelming experience I’ll probably never come back to this franchise. Don’t know if the rest of the kers franchises are like this.
Pros: fast service, courteous waitresses.
Cons: overpriced food, bland wings, the food at the local sheetz and wawa put the food to shame here.

I have stopped coming to this location due to the outrageous environment and «nickel/​dime» charges for everything. The restrooms are so filthy i have literally thrown up from the stench. I have always loved the food at wing-​house and prices have always seemed high on some stuff but this location is one of my least favorite.

Wow. This place was crazy. They charge for everything. When you order wings you get just wings no celery or dipping sauce. Wings only have four favors. So I tried to order a burger and instead of fries they served LAYS ruffle potato chips and they were stale. They also charged me 69 cents for a dipping sauce. Now I can understand if this was my second or third portion but the first one.
You can’t make change anything it comes as it is

It’s official… customer service has left the building.
The customer service has steadily been declining at this place which you can easily tell by the consistently empty tables. I went with a friend not too long ago and it was so bad, even the manager couldn’t help.
They have ‘door’ girls, but they are so busy flirting and chatting it up, they are not paying attention. So they end up in the way of you trying to enter the restaurant. After standing at the door for over 5 minutes in an empty restaurant waiting to be seated because there was clearly no training on who was supposed to do what, it finally took 3 girls to find us a table. Even this was a complex task for them. It then took approximately 10 minutes before a waitress even came over to the table to greet us and take our drink order.
The waitresses are extremely young, under trained, and inexperienced. They know this, so they just flirt with the patrons for dollars, which takes time away from you being serviced. Your only hope is that the food and drinks are good.
I ordered their staple dish… chicken wings… which were super dry and cold. I ordered a drink and kept getting the wrong ones. They finally got me the right one after I had been there for an hour, paid and was leaving.
They automatically sent the manager over because the experience was so bad. There was nothing he could do to help. He was trying to fix it, but between the bartender, the cook, and the waitress, there was no hope.
I will never go back until they redefine customer service and properly train all of their staff including the managers.

It’s a typical wing, beer joint where the waitresses wear tank tops and short shorts.

Atmosphere: great. Music playing with attractive and friendly waitresses that provide quick service
Food: disappointed. I have been going here for years and the food has always been great except for this last time. The wings were not fresh. The wings must have been sitting in the kitchen for too long because all of the wing sauce had been soaked into the breading and tasted «old and soggy.» Also, out of twenty wings, 18 were flappers and only two were drumsticks. Not that I have anything against flappers but for about a dollar per wing, one would expect a decent variety. It’s like people had been just ordering drumstick wings all day and the restaurant just tried to get rid of all the old ones with me. Good way to lose a good customer. I’ll be going to H**ters from now on.

My friend is a big fan of Wing House. The bartender Aden was awesome. She someone who I would return to for service. She was behind the bars majority of the time serving 10 people. She was a big sweetheart! Also, just so happens, I heard a regular came by the night I was there and bought all 10 of us at the bar shots! What an awesome night!

Was in town for work and stopped here for some late-​night food. The service was good and the boneless wings were very good. The have a late-​night happy hour after 10pm, so I ended up coming here the next three nights in a row. The chicken tenders became my favorite item. After 10pm, you can get an order of the chicken tenders and two Bud Light drafts for $ 12. Great deal. Very good prices and very high quality chicken.

Love this place better than Hooters.
It is actually Hooters competition, there use to be a joke that the Wing House use to hire all the Hooter rejects, but that’s not true at all.
The wings are to die for as the rest of the menu is to, all the food is excellent.
Great friendly service, great atmosphere.
Overall the best wings.

Horrendous ! I waited an hour just for them to tell me they ran out of wings… The name of the restaurant is «wing house»; how do you run out of wings?!? The service was next to nonexistent too… I ended up getting up and leaving. Never agin!

Yes, I’m one of those guys that occasionally finds his way into one of those restaurants that features chicken wings, beer and girls wearing short shorts.
The main reason why I like the Winghouse is their Dallas sauce that they offer on all of their chicken options. Whether I get it on regular wings, boneless, a sandwich or in a salad, it always tastes really solid.
They have two daily Happy Hours, so there’s plenty of opportunities to take advantage of that unless you go there exclusively for lunch.
On my last visit to this location, I was impressed that the manager had all the early NFL games on right as they kicked off at 1pm and neatly spread those games out on all of his nice TVs.
From my seat at a hightop in the dining area to the left of the bar, I could see at least 4 – 5 different games at once without much effort.
While I was here more for the food and to see how my Fantasy Football team was doing, my server was named Dominique. She was a really nice girl working very hard to take care of a high volume of customers on an NFL Sunday for those of us who don’t have DirecTV.
At least for me, the Buccaneers not playing at this particular time certainly enhanced the overall experience.

This isn’t typically a place I would go to because I don’t like greasy food and I try to support locally owned businesses. However, the food here is pretty good when you’re in the mood for it. Chicken fingers, chicken sandwiches, curly fries, all good. However the chili cheese fries with the cheeze whiz was disgusting. But at least they warn you that it’s cheeze whiz.
The staff is really friendly and helpful, but on occasion they had completely forgotten to get the drink I ordered. Most recently, a bunch of them were standing around behind the bar taking duck-​face pictures of themselves, so maybe that explains why. I’m not a fan of the outfits with their butts hanging out, but I suppose that’s part of the allure for many customers. I’m not getting all women’s rights here or anything. I just think they would look nicer in normal clothes, rather than trying to make them all look like hookers. Ever heard of the concept of leaving a little to the imagination?
So in summary, if you’re in the mood for beer, burgers, and sports, this ain’t a bad option.

Expectation met — friendly nice friendly girls and good food. I think this place is a replica of hooters. We tried hot wings, grouper sandwich, Curley fries and poppers — all are great. Service is outstanding if that’s matters to you.
That’s pretty much it — worth trying
