The only reason I am giving this establishment 1 star is because I think I have to give at least 1 star to submit this review. But if that is not correct, I give them NO stars!!! My complaint with Crossover Athletics is no professional customer service. I have tried participating on team leagues for the kids and everything went wrong. The kids did not have their uniforms on time, the coaches were rude to the parents and there is no type of organization. The owner, Coach T, did not even find it necessary to come out and talk to the parents about the situations going on. When she was approached by the parents, she gave each of us a different story. We were so disappointment to have spent approx. $ 1000 and got nothing. We decided to not use Crossover for team playing and decided to only inquire about training. Again everything is disorganized, different prices are being quoted to different people, and again the owner Coach T never took the time to confront the situation and work anything out with the parents. My child who is 12 years old was sent to play with kids at the age of 5 – 7 during basketball camps. I would not have known this if I did not decide to go early one afternoon just to see what was going on in the camp. Not once did she try to explain anything. She did not even take the time to say ‘Hello, how are you” and I am a parent spending money weekly. The thing that really gets me is I am an African-American and I try to support my race if I feel like the services they offer are the best. I do not discriminate. I deal with anyone, any race, as long as you treat me with proper customer service and I feel like I am getting what my money is paying for. What I have noticed is when someone of the same race comes into the facility for business, we are treated like our money is not as important and you get the ‘treat you how I feel about you for that day” type of service. I should not have to get irritated and shows major frustration. Again, I am paying for all of my services. Nothing is free. But when someone else of another race comes in, you give them ‘top-notch’ customer service by catering to their needs, making sure they have no issues, explaining a situation if something comes up, and more importantly, GREETINGTHEMATTHEDOORWITH«HELLO’, when they enter the building. I can not be mad at that customer because they paid as much as I did and expect ‘top-notch’ service, which is what they should receive. I will NEVER return to Crossover Athletics for any services. I would hope that eventually things will get better. But if asked, the owner Coach T needs to work on customer service, organization, and not just take folk money and think it is ok.
