Dry Clean Super Center

I have been bringing my laundry here for about 2 years. The price, quality, customer service, and convenience simply cannot be beat! I will never go anywhere else. I have referred several friends who drive from Houston once every 2 weeks-​they are that good!

My family has been coming here since before I was born! They have been serving the best quality service for 20+ years. I have never had a piece of clothing that has been turned down. DCSC truly care about the customer. The clothes are always ready before their quoted date. They have a drive-​thru window. Simple, easy, and quick!

I tried this place out due to their location as well as other reviews on here.
I needed to get 6 pieces cleaned, that are sample garments of things I’ve sewn, meaning they don’t need to be worn, I just needed them to be clean and look presentable.
I did mention to the staff when I dropped them off, that some of the garments were knit fabrics and a bit more delicate and would it be an issue to clean them. I even pointed out which garments specifically I thought there might be an issue with.
I was assured it wouldn’t be an issue and that they could clean them.
When I went to pick them up, I was informed that 2 of the garments weren’t cleaned because they were worried about damaging the fabric (as I suspected). I asked why I wasn’t called to check with, rather than them just not cleaning my garments altogether, and they couldn’t give me a straight answer.

However, this did really irritate me as I wasted my time and gas driving back twice. I don’t understand why they wouldn’t have just called me ahead of time to discuss this issue so this situation could have been avoided.
As far as the quality of the cleaning, I was satisfied, however, I am giving them 2 stars because I really think they need to improve their customer service.
Also, just a heads up, they do make you pay ahead of time when you drop your garments off.

I’ve been using this dry cleaner for a few years now and have always been pleased with my services. I did come to realize that I had to specify, NO CREASE, in any pant that I didn’t want it in because they crease everything! No big deal, I learn quickly.
I have also had some alterations done here like a simple hem and some jeans shortened that came out great. They have a drive-​thru window… actually drive-​thru door so you can drop off or pick up and they even put it in the car for you. Super convenient when it’s raining or if you have little ones in the car.

By far the worst cleaners I have ever done business with. I recently just moved to the area and was pleased to know I had a cleaners right around the corner from my home. That pleased feeling quickly changed.
I’ve taken my work pants to this location 3 times and all 3 times they have not done what I have asked them to do. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that perhaps they were just overly busy and forgot my orders (which were only to put creases in the pants), but then I started taking my shirts there as well and the same thing happened when I told them no starch and received the shirts back stiff as a board. I would specifically ask them to do one thing and in return the complete opposite was done. I’ve never been to a cleaners where I have had these many problems.
It’s a shame since they’re so close to my home, but I rather just drive a little further and get my clothes done how I need them then deal with this company. I would NOT recommend them to anyone I know.

Close to home so its convenient. Drive through drop off and pick up. Great service, great price, great quality cleaning.
