Can I give negative stars? Similar experience to the other posters. I was given a 4-hour time window, took time off from work and no call regarding the delivery, no package delivery, and no apology. After making another appointment, the delivery service came after their time window. I called the company, and apparently the driver told them that he arrived on-time along with a few other bits of incorrect information which contradicted the surveillance video from my apartment building. In short, I will no longer do business with any company that uses Estes Express Lines delivery service.

No stars from me. I took a day off to receive my package and it never came. I then called them and they had no idea where my $ 2,000 package was or if it was even in their building. They then figured out that the package was indeed in their store according to their computer but was under a different tracking number. He then told me he dont know why it didn’t get shipped to my house and said I can pick it up or schedule a pickup on Monday, it was Friday. He said if I was going to pick it up he needed to know so he can set it out on the dock for me. I told him I would pick it up. I go to pick it up and he don’t know where it is and I’m there for over 45 minutes. Worst customer service ever! And a bunch of stupid degenerates working there that should be fired.

Like with the previous post, same thing. Told me delivery would be between 1 – 5 P.M. on a friday, and would call me 30 min prior to delivery. I did a quick run to subway for late lunch(gone 15 min) with my cell with me the entire time. No call, but get home and the invoice on my door. Call shortly after, the truck is already back in Stafford. I need the item that weekend, so I decided to drive to pick up at terminal, during rush hour traffic. Get my item — a grill guard, and part of the box is ripped open, and part of the tube has deep scratches into the metal and a dent, not to mention footprints all over the box. Told me to talk to the vendor, not their fault. Spent the time calling the vendor with no resolution. Now spending time on this post and Better Business Bureu for the Vendor and this horrible shipping place. Highly recommend not using this place to ship anything!

They gave me a delivery window of 12−5pm on a Friday, the previous day. I took the day off from work, and sat around waiting. At 4pm, I called for an update, and was told that the forgot to put my shipment on the truck. How do you miss a 15ft kayak? I had to argue with them and get them to deliver it, after they tried to «offer» to have me come and pick it up. A 15ft box, in Stafford, 40mi away at 4:30pm on a Friday of 4th of July weekend. Yeah, ok, I’ll see you in about three hours if I leave right away. and they told me that it would be here by 8pm. They ended up showing up around 10pm that night. A second delivery from them resulted in damage to the shipment.
