I went to drive thru last evening as I do most weeks and ordered 2 grilled chicken breasts. When I get to window the person told me it was 8.90 which I thought was high, so when he handed me the receipt I told him I did not order a 2 pc meal and 1 breast that I ordered 2 grilled breasts, the receipt said I ordered 3 pcs, so I told him it was incorrect he immediately said I was wrong and rather than argue because there were cars lining up behind me I took the chicken and left. However, that is my last time. This is not the first time I have had a problem. Half the time you can hardly understand the person on the speaker, they rarely get the order correct and don’t even try and ask for something unusual like 2 grilled breast. I am writing the corporate office and copying that branch, not because of the money, but because of the argumentative person whose name I have. Their employee turnover must be 100% and the lack of training is beyond my comprehension.

Always clean and the staff is always friendly. Only complaint I have is that the drive through always forgets something so it’s not a 5. Chains need to know when they fail as well as independent owned location. This KFC is pretty good for what you get. Just get the drive through orders right please!
