O’reilly Auto Parts

Five stars or more. Last night a friendly concerned police officer let me know that my headlight and license plate lights were no longer functioning. Thank goodness it was a warning. So off to the auto parts store today. I was greeted warmly by Godfry. He is an amazing man. Not only did he find what I needed quickly he came outside and replaced the not so easy to access light bulb in my headlamp. Talk about above and beyond customer service. Rare in these parts. Anyway he started to go and replace the license bulbs for me but as it is freezing out today i thanked him but declined. He showed me where to access the light and explained how to accomplish the feat without breaking the new bulb. All in all a superior experience. I don’t often need an auto part store but when i do this is it.

I could have gone to Autozone but I was like nah. Helpful staff and bonus for being a girl because I didn’t have to wait in the checkout line. 5 stars well deserved in my book.

Friendly staff. They are patient and cater of the customers’ need. They never rush you and still offers if there’s anything you need. Omw to my favorite mechanic and sissy. Not other auto parts places they just treat females like whatever we need and we can go already.
