Can I give no stars?! We’ve been here multiple times, they are slow and takeaway cant get any orders correct, kitchen serves cold old food and managing staff sucks. We got takeaway one night and used our 20.00 we got for purchasing gift cards. Not a single order was correct we waited double the air time so we called and asked for a refund. Michelle one of the managers said she would send us a gift card so we accepted. When we got it she didn’t even give us the full amount we paid but whatever. So I get the takeaway again tonight and still waited 10 min over the wait time. They took the remainder few dollars we should have had left(on top of it we still were missing money from the 1st time) and we still got cold crappy food. No use in complaining if they can’t get it right the second time and even the managers aren’t willing to give a full refund and then still comp some of the money they were willing to get back. For the record I have tons of restaurant experience and never complain because I know not every day will be perfect but if they can’t get it right after multiple tries, it’s no longer worth my time or money.

I want to like Outback because Stafford’s lack of restaurants, especially for people with gluten and dairy allergies(like my daughter). They have a gluten free menu which is limited, but still appreciated. However, this is not a good restaurant for people with dairy issues. They seems as though they consistently put butter on your steak. Also, the restaurant is usually very chilly, to the point where it is uncomfortable. I do not have any food allergies, but I am sensitive to certain soaps. Last time I went to Outback, I ordered a soup and salad. During my meal, my upper lip started to swell up so fast that we paid and ran to the store to get some allergy medicine. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant.

My husband and I had a lovely dinner tonight. Ordered Victoria filets. I Med-rare and my husband had rare. Cooked to Perfection !! Server was very friendly. Music was nice. Manager stopped by. Thanks for making our night special.

I have always loved outback and this one does not disappoint! The bloomin onion and grilled shrimp appetizers are both amazing. I’m not sure what it is about their honey mustard but it is to DIE for. My kids even put it on their steamed vegetables. Sounds weird to me but I’m happy they enjoy the veggies! Can move a bit slow at the dinner rush but well worth the wait.

Best customer service we have ever recieved. The bloomin’ onion was good, but the entrée just wasn’t what I was hoping. I mentioned it to my husband and the waitress overheard and a manager came out. I felt a little embarrassed and kinda went quiet. Just before we left another manager came over and insisted on adjusting our bill. I couldn’t make out exactly what his name was but I think something like Kalel like Superman’s name, haha. Seemed fitting, really. He was extremely personable and compassionate. His great personality and insistence that our happiness was his only concern was a refreshing exception to the sometimes lackluster managment at chain restaurants(hello, Stafford Applebees). We will abosultely return to Outback and I won’t be afraid to just ask for a different dish if I am ever disappointed again. The dessert was also great, and the bar was decently stocked for those of us who enjoy a cocktail or a beer with dinner.

«Grade: C-« Food items ordered were missing… arrived half-way through the meal. Drink from the bar was okay, but not what I expected, especially since I paid more for an extra shot of alcohol, which ended up costing more than the actual drink I ordered. How can that be… unless the actual drink does not contain the equivalent of 1 shot of alcohol. Finally, I asked for«to-go» containers and was not given a bag for the items, so I forgot to take the remainder of my meal. I called back 45 mins later and was told the food was thrown away. In a nutshell, dinner for two(with one drink) ended up costing over $ 100(including tip…20% if you’re wondering). I should have gone to Capital Grill or Fogo De Chão, the meal would have cost about the same price, but the service(and drinks) would have been better.

Went there for dinner and I was disappointed with the food. I ordered a steak and it was over cooked and bland. no seasoning. The best part was the beer I ordered was very cold.

AWFUL! AWFUL! AWFUL!!! I eat at Outback all over the country at this point and this one was just terrible. Every person at the table had an issue with the order bring wrong… which was culminated with the find of a plastic piece in mashed potatoes. The manager literally did nothing for us. One person in my party said they Will NEVER go back to Outback. This all happened on 23 Oct 2015. I think the county should due a random health inspection during dinner rush because it was obvious they are having issues. I will not return to this location and was disappointed in the service and food.

We have been eating at this outback since 2008& we just picked up curbside takeaway & It WASTHEWORSTRIBEYESTEAK I Have ever seen ALLFATNOMEAT tried to call at 9:58pm NOANSWER! I am going to be there tomorrow when they open & they will make this right or I will NEVEREAT at ANYOUTBACKAGAIN! We spend $ 150 a week there at least! I am so embarrassed because the steak was for my company that have never had Outback before & I raved about how awesome the food was! Humiliating EXPERIENCE! I saved the FAT since there was no meat & I’m bringing it to them for them to see what they let out of their kitchen!!!

I come here occasionally, there’s usually a wait but tonight there was not. We got the only table left in the bar, which was lucky! It took a while to get our drinks, but there was only one server in the bar and it was really busy, so it was understandable. We started with bread and honey butter and a coconut shrimp appetizer– we always, always get coconut shrimp appetizer to begin our meal. It was a little more cooked than usual, some would say burnt, but i like my stuff that way! I had the chicken tacos and they were surprisingly unflavored and delicious! Usually Mexican style food is over seasoned and salted and i hate that! This was perfect! I was skeptical because the tacos have an aioli and the garlic aioli at outback makes me sick, but this one, an herb aioli, was very tasty! As usual we had great food and a good experience with timely service, taking into consideration how busy they were. One of the managers, megan, even stopped by our table a couple of times to introduce herself and make sure everything was going okay for us!

LOVE the food and staff here! They go out of their way to make this chain feel like a neighborhood«Cheers» kind of small business, but with consistently great food offerings! The bartenders ROCK! The managers genuinely care about your happiness with the food, the experience and the level of service. Really happy to have it so close for lunch, dinner, or just a cocktail! The sirloin is my favorite cut there for full flavor with less fat! The wedge salad and loaded baked potatoes are always good. The carrot cake and mini shakes are a great dessert option.

This isn’t a negative post. Outback is what it is. Food was decent, service was good. I’ve definitely had better food, but again, it’s Outback. The only knock on the joint is the interior is starting to show a little age/use and could use an update.

Long wait, inferior service, no longer a contender. Outback is not the same it was five years ago. You can’t get a bottle of steak sauce. You get a one oz. container. No sugar on table. You might steal the sweet & low. Don’t waste your time & be disappointed. Overpriced & overrated.

Ordered curbside to go online and I arrived at the designated time to pickup my order… it was ready and waiting for me. The server was pleasant and courteous as I paid for my order. Everything was great! My steak was well done instead of medium rare(and not seasoned at all) and my loaded mashed potatoes were just okay. I like the Outback franchise so I will chalk this up to a bad night and give it another try soon!

Update, we keep returning because there is not much else in the big city of Stafford. Unfortunately, this was another miserable experience. Wrong sides(waitress made sure we gave them back before we could get new ones, hope they didn’t end up on someone else’s plate), forgot the salad, meat was overcooked, undercooked and then overcooked again. Manager apologized nicely but all I want is a decent meal and the value of what I am paying for. Definately not worth the time when the quality control is this poor. Shame on me, not them, for returning.

Very disappointing… I’m not a food critic nor is my family but when 3 out of the 4 don’t finish their meals because they are not appetizing that is a problem. Don’t bother with the steak tacos and my daughter’s steak medallions were awful. Came home and brushed my teeth just to get the taste out of my mouth. My son wanted to go to ihop and I wish we did. Use to love outback but I believe the quality has gone downhill… very disappointing!

My daughter LOVES Outback so, we come here a lot and are never disappointed. We always get the coconut shrimp to start with-which is always delicious. My daughter had the kids grilled cheese with fries which she really liked. I tried the ribs this time and was very pleased. They were very meaty with just enough sauce and extremely moist and tender, not dry at all. Our service was a little slow but I don’t think that was the waitresses fault, I think they were understaffed and were pretty busy at the time.

The incredible shrinking restaurant. (except for the bill) Ok 2 stars for all other Outbacks, 3 for the Stafford joint ’cause they have a great wait staff. So…think back a few years. Remember when Outback meals would fill a plate(well the micro meals fill a plate because they shrunk the plates) and you left full? Maybe they went through some weird space time continuum and everything shrunk. I had the glazed pork chops the other night and I could almost see through those jolntz. Maybe the pig was anorexic. Midget cows provide the steaks(woops…they want to be called«little cows». my bad). EVERYTHING has shrunk. At least the beers still come in a large glass if you ask for it. …oh… the Bloomin’ Onion is still big. I know how that works though … envision big wig Outback Board Meeting: ” …well gentlemen(insert fake Australian accent) … Mayan sweet onions are still holding at 10 cents a pound so no need to cut back on the Bloomin’ Onion size”. Bottom Line: «No Rules» obviously means portion sizes can shrink to microscopic levels and prices can keep going up up up…

Hungry, but didn’t want to cook, we went to our local restaurant, which is 5 minutes from home. We had taken a little break from outback again because we was eating here at least 1 time a week, smh. We called and was told there’s no wait. We get to the restaurant & stated that we want to sit in the bar area, which we know we can seat ourselves, but the host leads us to a table & to make this short we chose another table, our favorite. We have a seat & started to get comfortable when a waiter comes running to us & loudly told us that he was shutting down that side and asked us to move to the table we just came from. Now, before I continue, this happens a little b49 pm, outback closes @ 11pm. My husband said ‘no’ we preceded to leave & the waiter shrugs his shoulders & just says ‘sorry’…REALLY? As we are heading out the door the host asks if we would like to speak to the manager… the manager, who is new to us, offer to make it right, apologizes… the food was GREAT! My hubby had the salmon, rice, &mixed veggies… I had the pork porterhouse, sweet potatoe, mixed veggies… the absolute best meal I had from them in a long time! Unfortunately I forgot to take my pic b4 I started to eat, but I believe my pic gives you an idea. The 3 stars is neutral for rough start with a great ending. Oh! The manager comped our appetizer. Thank you! Well, hopefully the manager will never have this issue again. I hope the waiter truly understands customer service & not disrespect the customers again. If you need to leave early, just make arrangements for someone to cover for you.
