I used order from Pizza Hut until I got tired of pizza being different than I ordered it and then when you call to let them know the mistake they are very rude, I have been told to save the wrong pizza and they will exchange it. I would like you to tell a bunch of teens don’t eat any of this pizza we have to wait until they bring the right pizza. They have some of the rudest l people from management on down. To add the pizza was cold.

Horrible service! Normally we don’t have a problem but tonight it took an hour and a half to get our pizza. Which then arrived cold… awful. Called to talk to the manager and was told it would be another 45 minutes to resend our order.

I’m not gonna walk into 5 guys and judge the freakin stale peanuts like a prick… So yeah the pasta reviews at a pizza joint are bad… That’s what you get. It’s Pizza Hut not pasta hut. Judging the food (pizza) and not trying to be trendy (only giving good reviews to mom and pop places) this Pizza Hut is great quality and the crust is amazing. Better than padrinos, cicis, locally. The wings are great too. Kid friendly.

Shady delivery guys and horrible management. I was charged twice for my meal without realizing it and the manager knew and did nothing about it. I realized days later when looking at my online banking. It was only after I called the store that the manager offered to reimburse me for one of the charges. He had all my info and should’ve notified me when he realized. I will never order from here again.

Terrible service and food. The chicken Alfredo pasta should not be called chicken. Six square inch pieces of chicken sprinkled on the excess of Alfredo sauce and only one inch deep pasta, doesn’t make it a meal. Dirty floors in bathroom and kitchen. It is Lunch time and they have only one waiter, one cook and one at register. Not stopping here ever again for lunch with kids.

Normally I’m pretty happy with this place but recently we ordered a 20 $ dinner box. 2 medium pizzas. Wings. & breadsticks. When we got home they forgot the sauce for the breadsticks. When I called the guy said «oh yea we did have a shortage of sauce we must’ve not put any in your box». I’m annoyed bc I don’t like dry breadsticks. He offered me 49 cents. Awesome. Thanks for the slap in the face. So now a ¼ of my meal is eh. I know it seems minimal but I ordered the breadsticks bc I like to dip then in sauces the manager was also uncaring.

I walked in at lunch to have their buffet. There were lots of empty tables with dirty plates and cups piled up. The buffet was out of plates since they were apparently all sitting dirty on the tables. After a few minutes without plates or even being acknowledged by the waitress I left. I’ve never seen anything like this in a restaurant, you’d have almost thought it was a reality show playing a joke on everyone, Avoid this place like the plague, or you might get the plague from eating here.

Horrible service! These waiters need to be more aware of their tables. Pathetic! I work in the service industry and usually drop big but when you dont do whats basic I just cant seem to justify the «nice» drop.

Ashburn, VA
What a difference.
We moved to the area from Ashburn and this was our little refuge for a few days while things were getting settled. The place was great but it was the old building.
It’s been a while since the renovations and we’ve been there quite a few times. It’s great, clean, up beat, never have to wait more than a few seconds for someone to acknowledge you when you walk in.
If you’re grabbing carryout, they will help you to your car.
All around great place and friendly people.
