At first, I was optimistic, because the people at the window were nice and friendly. However, it was all downhill from there. I had to wait an hour past my scheduled time just to be seen. When I finally got my name called, they just asked questions and did a basic checkup and shoved me in another exam room to wait. After another 50 minutes, an old nurse came in just to tell me stuff I already knew. I literally did not have to waste my time sitting in that exam room. And then I had to wait again because there was a line for the cashier. I came in just to get a new prescription for my pills. And it cost $ 55 just for the ‘consultation’. I just answered questions, got weighed, and got my blood pressure taken. I definitely could have done all of that myself. Im pretty sure the first time I came here, the price of a consultation was not that high. Gonna try to find another place after that horrendous experience.

Most of the nurses and staff are friendly and discrete… however some of the clients are assholes. My last experience ended with me bitching out some ghetto patients that were harassing and talking shit loudly about other patients walking in and out. I had to bring it to the attention of the lady working the desk, which was sad because I felt like they were loud and disruptive enough for the woman at the desk to take notice and stop the situation herself. Another staff member allowed me and a couple to wait in the back waiting room after the complaint. To me, the harassers should have been kicked out right then and there.
Besides that incident though, I have had a generally good experience here. The only other thing is the wait… Sometimes you are seen much later than your appointed time, so bring a book or something.
Sometimes there is a lone lady that is protesting near the street. Sad.
