I lived in Stafford Run Apartments twice for several years each time! I do NOT recommend Stafford Run to ANYONE! Melissa, the manager was«fair” – she followed the rules and guidelines and tried to accommodate. I moved to Stafford Run TWICE out of OBLIGATION – I had no other place to go. Everything(appliances & amenities) were outdated. The first time I planned on moving out, I changed my mind about moving«before» move-out date – they told me that my unit had already been leased out! It left my son and me homeless! Nonetheless, we ended up moving back to these apartments. Roaches, mold, mildew, and staff with HORRIBLE attitudes! They do not have a drop box to pay rent – they prefer to work long hours on the first and second day of each month so that you can deliver the rent to them«in had». They do have the option to pay online(the only thing up to date with them). Wendy, the assistant manager is probably the most unprofessional staff at Stafford Run! She sent me and invoice after«move-out» stating that I owed outrageous fees for a utility penalty! After speaking with my utility company(and confirming that I was NOT in violation), I forwarded the information to her via email(creating a paper trail). She basically said, she will fix it – NOAPOLOGYORANYTHING! The emails seems to be about a «power struggle» with her. It would seem that her focus would have been customer service. Her customer service skills are horrific! She was very short with me and always seemed to be in a rush! I would not recommend Stafford Run to anyone. If you are seeking poor customer service, outdated appliances & amenities, roach infestations, mold, and loud neighbors – then this is the place for you. All I am saying is, if you want to reside in a nice place – please, please keep in mind that«you get what you pay for».

Évaluation du lieu : 1 Stafford, TX
I lived there 2009 – 2013. It was a terrible place to live. Among the problems we had there are pipes breaking in walls and ceiling, water being turned off for the repairs with no notice, very slow response time on maintenance calls — often we had to wait several days if not more than a week for calls to be answered, rude office staff, maintenance drinking alcohol in the maintenance shed and on the property while on duty, black mold that literally grows out of the walls in the shower, in the vents, and around the windows. Also when we moved in the place was infested with roaches. We had to fog and treat the infestation ourselves. It kept coming back even though we kept our place very clean at all times. The office allowed tenants to live on property with aggressive, over sized dogs. My vehicle was vandalized in late 2013 with rotten eggs. There was no door on the on-site laundry and people would poop on the floor in the back part of the laundry, as well as smoke marijuana and throw trash everywhere. By the end of the weekend every week, there was trash littered all over the property. Crime and drug activity was rampant. There was no security on the property — no cameras, no lights, no gates, no patrols. When maintenance answered service calls, they would not notify you of the work being done either in writing or by leaving you a message on the phone. Aside from those issues, it floods in several places in the complex, often seriously whenever there is more than two inches of rain. Not only is the drainage inadequate, the drains they have are clogged with trash. As far as amenities, there are very few. The pool by the office is always locked and the concrete around the other is damaged. They are both five feet deep, one of which is a very small pool. They lend out old movies are the office and have some game nights, but the complex leaves a great deal to be desired. There is no lighting in the living rooms whatsoever and the apartments are very poorly insulated. One summer I had a $ 270.00 electric bill because the a/c never turned off. I had it set to 70, but it never got cool enough that entire August. There are no nets on the basketball courts and the paint is badly faded. The complex itself is dismal in appearance. One of my most memorable experiences there was when our a/c went out entirely and they took a week to come out and fix it. The temperature at night hit 90 degrees in our apartment with the windows open. We called the office several times a day and they kept telling us they were going to get it fixed that day but they never called back. Even after it was fixed they told us to keep it set no lower that 75 – 80 degrees or the unit would«freeze up». I told them they must be crazy. That is too hot for a living space. Anyway, I do not recommend the place to anyone. It is not fit for human habitation and you will regret moving in if you do decide to live there. I am sure of that.
