Incredibly rude and unhelpful owners/managers and what is worse they prevent their sales staff from being helpful. Go elsewhere! Try Custom Lighting and Hardware on Westheimer instead or just use this place to view in person what you can order from another store. They don’t deserve your business.

Not an easy place to find if you are not familiar with the area. Presentation ok, sufficient inventory. First and last visit here, need lamps, 36−42″ tall with a maximum base of 7″. Tape measure I had, only one staff person did I meet, a woman who offered me her tape measure.
She did not indicate if lamps could be taken out on approval of if I could return the lamps if they did not fit the space or suggest an allternative other than her comment, «spend the $ and do it right, wire sconces into the brick.» Unsolicited advice might work, poor ROI. Did not state that she had installation services available. Prices triple key or more.
