The Technician, Tom was amazing. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Explained everything in detail. My carpet looks amazing. Would definitely use Zerorez again. Great prices and they offer a military discount.

We were very pleased with the entire process. Our carpets came out looking amazing! We scheduled an appointment, they called thirty mins prior to arrival. The tech was friendly and professional. He arrived and checked out all rooms. We had 4 rooms and 2 sets of stairs cleaned. Our carpet is old but we werent ready to purchase new. The cleaning was quick, no odor and no mess. They cleaned and set up fans to help with drying. The carpets were not saturated and dried quickly. Thank you Zerorez!

Friendly, polite, knowable and efficient personnel. No actual soap used so no sticky residue to attract dirt later. Dried in a few hrs. Very pleased with service. We have used their service twice.

I am so pleased with my Zeroez cleaning! Our technician was polite, on time and throughly explained what he was doing and why. I had our family room done which had numerous pet stains. It looks, smells and feels fabulous. I also had stairway and hall done and the 12 year old carpet looks almost new. At the last minute I included 2 area rugs and the price was so reasonable. I will definitely have Zerorez back to clean my other carpeting. They are far superior to those «other» steam cleaners.
