A K Flooring

Does a great job on hardwood floors, but do NOT use for tile flooring. He charged as much as anyone else, but did a terrible job. His time estimates are way off. This job took way too long and the end result is a disaster. I have been tripping over at least 20 tiles that are too high. He offered to fix it but anyone that would leave a job in such a mess does not have the skills to make it right. He blamed it all on the floor which was subfloor when he bid the job. What he saw is what he got which was not bad, but if it was, he should have fixed it. I could have done a better job myself and wish I had. Another tile person indicated the entire floor needs to be torn up and redone which would be another $ 3000 +. A third tile person (Capital Tile) said this company does not know how to do tile flooring and should never have done the job. We are devastated because we trusted this person and he completely screwed us over. We are senior citizens on a fixed income and cannot afford to do this floor over.
