I’ve lived in their apartments for many, many times. Time after time, whenever I had encountered a question or problem and had to contact someone in the management, I had rarely felt they were friendly. In fact, some of them have always, always, always extremely rude. Everything was rosey until you became a renter. Once you become a renter, when you have questions about anything, they treat you like they’re superior and your questions are stupid. Their attitude is so rude, especially the woman named Mary. She’s the worst. Don’t ever try to ask her any questions about billing because she makes you feel like you are an idiot and she can’t wait to hang up her phone because she has no time. Isn’t she aware that her salary is sustained by the renters? She needs to take some classes on how to provide basic customer service and talk to the customers. Truth be told, I’ve enjoyed living in some of their apartments, but I’ve had enough of this attitude from these people. And I’m going to post as many reviews as possible because this Mary has been ridiculous and beyond rude over the years. Did I forget to mentioned that when I was told to leave a voicemail, I rarely got a call back until I called again and again to reach the person.
