Simply the BEST service ever FIVE STARS — don’t go anywhere else ! These guys rock !!!

Have the current iPhone 6s and my screen had cracked and eventually broke got to the point where screen wouldn’t turn on. Went to apple and they told me i had to get a new device. Me Knowing that it wasn’t broken i went to Cellairis and Kevin was working and had no problem problem fixing it for me. Told me to come back in 20 minutes and when i came back it looked brand new working fine. (Wrote this review on my phone fixed) thanks kevin i would deff come back with any further phone problems thanks a lot man!

Who are these guys? I dropped off my shattered iPad 2 thinking I’d be waiting a week or so if they could repair. The damage my 6 year old inflicted by landing on it with both feet when he hopped out of bed was extensive… Not only did they give me a great deal, they did the repair in less then one day. Courteous & quick — if they were selling stock I’d be buying!

Great store. I opted not to upgrade and keep my I-​phone 4 because it’s only 2 yrs old. Extended the life of my phone by replacing the battery with a new one, got a new screen cover, and it is working great. Received referral card from AT&T store to Cellairis. Shahzad is excellent to deal with. He is informed about the products, honored the discount and provided great customer service. I appreciate that it was a fair transaction with a guarantee. I highly recommend this store to others. Nice place to shop too! I will go back.

the shop is managed pretty badly. there is a decent selection of cellphone covers but I would strongly suggest to look somewhere else if you need to repair your cellphone. The shop manager is really difficult to find (facts: I was at the shop 6 times, and called them ten times but managed to interact with her only twice). I brought here my Samsung5 and the customer service was extremely poor. My cellphone was repaired by some really young guys (around their 20s) who probably were doing this for the first time. Fact: my cellphone started to have several issues just after 4 days from the repair. The result is that I spent $ 240 to repair LCD for my cellphone, I lost a ton of time since I had to go back to the shop 6 times (for the different subsequent issues I had), I had to ask an afternoon leave at work to meet the manager, I was treated impolitely by the manager (whenever i was lucky enough to find her, she is not a good listener and will assume everything you say is a lie) and now my cellphone is not even working. Hope at least my experience can help someone else not to do the same mistake. Go somewhere else to fix your device.

Walked in during my lunch hour with a cracked iPhone 6 screen. I think the gentleman’s name was Shizzy or something that took it in. Before heading over, I stopped by Apple and was told I had to come back with an appointment. The gentleman advised he would have it done within the hour and man was he spot on. I literally left it with him and started to browse cases that he recommended to keep from future breaks. He literally fixed my screen within a few minutes and recommended a solid case, glass screen protector. All in all, I was ridiculously satisfied with my trip — saved me time and money (for what I was going to pay apple for just the screen, I got a new case and screen protector by spending a few extra dollars).

I dropped my phone in the water and after trying to dry it in rice for over a day, it still wasn’t working. I brought it here and they were able to fix it in a day. I am super happy and highly recommend them. They are very nice and helpful.
