Food Great, On-Premise Dining not so great! I have been to this Cosi many times for both on-premise dining and take-out. Never had a complaint previously(except their bathroom). Food has always been enjoyable until this Saturday. My dad and I visited on Saturday for a late lunch and ate on premise. It was balance of people leaving and coming in — not too busy. My experience on Saturday: –Ordering — I order my Dad a sandwich and soup, instead I got a health choice combination(which wasn’t what I ordered). Otherwise the girl took my order and was very patient with us. –Food Quality — No question, the food was very good. No complains! –Food Delivery to Table — The delivery to get to our table took longer than it should have — our order was delivered AFTER people who ordered AFTER us(with similar foods in order). –Environment — The table we sat at was damaged and the cloth furniture needs to be cleaned. Our food attracted fruit flies or nats from the garbage near by. I would go back for the food as take-out but probably not be interested in staying.

My fiancé and I have been going to this Cosi location for years now and the place had really gone downhill to the point that we stopped coming in. There was always a problem, long lines to order and wait for food, then the food came out cold or wrong and we had to wait more. It was so bad that we stopped going. Well, we decided to go the other night after getting off work late and we were pleasantly surprised to have gotten such great service by Mark Buonomo. He took our order and was very friendly and he even brought our food over! The order came out perfect and hot!!! He made sure we had everything we needed on the table. He’s very courteous and was even cleaning up after customers. He takes pride in his position there and is a wonderful asset to this restaurant. It’s just what this location needed, a positive employee! We will be regular customers again as long as he’s there!

I hadn’t been to Cosi in a while. I happened to be driving by the location on High Ridge Road and I needed to pick up some lunch, so I decided to give it another try. The store is reasonably clean and the employees are friendly. Lots of healthy options on the menu. At this point, I figured I’d be leaving a positive review. I ordered the chicken TBM for my wife, and I got the turkey avocado sandwich. It was a to go order, so I didn’t have a chance to look at the food until I got home. My turkey avocado sandwich had a pitiful amount of avocado in it. I’m convinced they were on the verge of running out, so they stretched it by putting just enough on that there were traces of green on the bread. If I can figure out how to post a picture, I’ll put it on here so people can see what I mean. I won’t be back.

Something for everyone on the menu including gluten free which I appreciate. Lots of seating. Great for meeting friends or business associates. Good is tasty and fresh.

It used to be great. Recently, however, the quality went down the drain. The spring greens in your salad turn out to be chopped romaine, the arugula sandwich has about two arugula leaves in it, the steak slices are unfrozen, wet, clumped together unappetizing chunks and everything that has dressing it it DRIPS with it or almost swims in it. Even the mochito lemonade is diluted now. I am hoping for a change of chefs soon, I used to really enjoy my lunches there.

Comfortable cheerful deliciouslove being able to get a small Signature salad and cup of soup. Tonight I stopped in for a yummy small double shot Pumpkin spice latte while I relaxed at a booth listening to upbeat tunes. After a long hard day Cosi you Made my night

Okay I really wish instead of a Cosi here that it would be a Panera Bread. The service here is horribly slow, and for no reason! I understand that people may order from online or call ahead or even just be sitting in the dining area for food. But when it’s a SIMPLE order it really shouldn’t take over 25 minutes. Secondly, I ask for a water cup which I receive, I fill it with water, drink it. Then I go and put an inch of soda in my cup and the manager comes and tells me that people pay for soda?! Okay!!! I had one sip, I will gladly pay you for a sip of soda. Nonetheless, I’m sitting, eating with a lot of food in front of my face, you can’t let one simple thing slide? Sorry, I worked in food business and if you have a fountain in the dining room just there, I’m sure you have people pay for refills aswell right? Get a grip cosi!

TBM Melts just do it for me! Great salads. Great soups! Fast service. Nice set up and art on the walls. The flat bread is great! The chai latte too! Sign up for the free card and every 11th food and drink is free! Also for dessert you can make your own s’mores. Pretty fun for a group of friends to do.

Nice location. Friendly staff and the food is good. Ordered the spinach florentine wrap and a chai latte. Chai is lava hot so let that cool or ask for ice! Wrap was great.

Terrible customer service and I will never go to this Cosi again. I ordered 3 lunches today(ordered in restaurant, to-go). After waiting 20 minutes with my kids for our food(and being told by one employee it would be «5 more minutes»), another employee handed me a bag of food that had been put in the refrigerator and told me that the previous employee was just wrong and my food was ready. The bag did not include 2 of the 3 lunches I ordered(which I only realized when I arrived home — 15 minutes away). I called Cosi about receiving a refund on my credit card and, after providing the ticket number from my receipt, was told it was the«lunch rush» and they couldn’t handle my issue now and a manager would refund me. Yeah, right. I asked to speak to the manager to make sure they didn’t forget the refund the same way they forgot our food. I was put on hold for 10 minutes and eventually hung up when no one picked up the phone. I called 8 more times over the proceeding 2 hours and no one at the store answered my calls(and I tried calling from 2 different numbers). Eventually my ninth call was answered and I was told I would receive a call back in a few minutes about the refund. Well, it has been 2 more hours and I still have not heard back. I would assume the«lunch rush» is over by 4:45 pm. I have no idea if I am getting my refund. Horrible service, especially from the manager who was on duty Thursday, August 27, 2015. Oh, and the one entrée I did receive(a salad) was soggy and the container was only half filled.

This place was so-so. Nothing terribly bad about my experience. The service was slower than I would have expected for mid afternoon when nobody was really in there. The food was okay. I had a grilled cheese, which came in some sort of pita, and tomato soup, as I’d been sick. Nothing to rave about though.

Been to this location a few times, typically it’s fine. I was really disappointed with the quality of my signature salad today, I barely ate half of it. The biggest issue is that it was swimming in salad dressing, person who made it definitely got the ratio wrong. The lettuce was soggy with some brown pieces and the pear was mushy, like it was old. I thought ordering a salad was a safe bet but I don’t think I’ll get this again from here, if I even come back. Today’s experience deserved 2 stars but I gave 3 based on the other times where my good was just alright.

Cosi is a lively neighborhood spot with healthy, fresh food and good service. The Signature Salad is excellent with grapes, pears, pistachio nuts, Craisins and Gorgonzola over greens – yum! You can order a half portion of any salad, which is plenty, along with half a sandwich – for a great value. The turkey and brie sandwich with spicy honey mustard is a fave – ask for it warm. Tables have always been clean and staff always very helpful. We got a Cosi card a couple of years ago when they opened, and hubby and I have had half a dozen free entrees. One wish: that they would not throw plastic utensils in with every order. Other than that, Cosi is our goto place for takeout!

My new favorite place for lunch or early dinner. Flavorful fresh food with lots of healthy options. Adobo chicken bowl is delicious. My favorite dish. I’m going by there tomorrow and it will be my third visit in the last month. No complaints whatsoever so far.

The food is standard Cosi food and is fine for what it is. But my takeout bowl for my salad is never full and they have not once gotten any order I’ve had correct. I’m not ordering anything very complicated but something is always missing or wrong. There is also a cashier who always makes me extremely uncomfortable. Don’t know why it took me this long to decide that I won’t be coming back.

I’ve eaten here many times, but never take out. We called to order food from home and then stopped to pick it up on our way to the Merrit parkway, very convenient. The food was ready and packed when I got there to pick it up. The service was friendly. We got a chicken BMT on whole grain and a signature salad. They let me fill up my water bottle with ice and water from the soda machine. The salad was a little over dressed, but still fresh and delicious. The sandwich was perfect for the driver to eat and drive at the same time. The price is very reasonable. $ 7.99 each.

Pros: Food quality is standard Cosi, so no complains. Food came out within 5 minutes. Cons: FILTHYSTICKY tables. Miserable-looking cashiers that frown as they took my order(I just wanted a chicken salad, nothing fancy or extra request!). Great if you’re in a rush. Would not recommend for a first date!

This Cosi is conveniently located off of the Merritt Parkway in a small shopping center with plenty of parking. The store itself is airy and full of light. There is also plenty of seating inside, so finding somewhere to sit and eat is not a problem. The quality of food is pretty typical Cosi, nothing amazing, but definitely well done. I had the Buffalo Blue sandwich(grilled chicken in buffalo sauce, blue cheese dressing, and lettuce). The sandwich was pretty good and I was out the door and back on the highway in no time.

Came in last weekend for a quick bite to eat with my fiancé before going to see a comedy show downtown. Service was prompt and great for a Sunday evening. Alcohol was a plus. Split the spinach artichoke dip to start. Both of our sandwiches(Buffalo Chicken and Tuscan) were delicious. Décor in there is a bit lacking, but other than that… not sure why everyone is giving it such poor reviews.
