Decent food, the place just needs a good cleaning. The wifi is extremely unreliable — not a good place to get work done.

Love the food here but I give this location a 3 because it’s the second time I come here at 7:30am and the door is still locked when they open at 7am.

I have been going to this Cosi for years but the quality has gone down in the last few months. The romaine lettuce is normally wilted and not green and it seems like they throw in a lot of end pieces for th salad. The chicken for their salads look and tastes fake. The flatbread pizza is really bad. I feel that they charge too much money for sub-par food. I will go to other restaurants in the area.

Don’t know what they have done to their basic sandwich recipes. The ingredients were sparse and many were different than the consistent manner that the food was prepared over the last several years. I was often able to overlook the slow service to have food that was reliable and relatively tasty. This is no longer the case. Bad service is now mirrored in the poorly prepared food. A loyal customer has become a lost customer. Too many other good choices in the area.

Good lunch spot but gets crowded(have an online order for takeout option). I almost always get their Smart Fit Salad, and they seem to almost always mess it up(just happened again today). This salad is supposed to have kale and they never add it and don’t tell me that they’ve left it out/ask to select another option. There’s a big difference between kale vs. all romaine lettuce, and I probably wouldn’t keep paying the $ 10 for this salad if I knew beforehand that there’d be no kale. Common courtesy should be to inform customers if their meal will be different than what they are ordering. Aside from this, I’ve never had a problem with the employees and the bread is fantastic.

If you want Cosi go to the one on high ridge or in Greenwich. This Cosi has gone downhill fast. I went there today and the cashiers were horrible and rude. Just disgusting service and it’s unfortunate because It’s in a great location. My company uses Cosi a lot for events and even though we don’t order from this location I will now reconsider even using this franchise for future engagements.

Ordered their new Thai curry bowl and was very disappointed. Looks like boiled chicken, cauliflower and rice with a few spoonfuls of some curry sauce over them. Probably best to stick to sandwiches here. What a let down. Terrible!

I wanted something light for dinner so decided to give Cosi a go. It’s part of a chain of restaurants like a Corner Bakery or Panera Bread without the baked goodies. They serve a variety of flatbreads, salads, soups, sandwiches and soups. There are all sorts of choices from vegetarian to meat lovers. I opted for a «Taste Two» a half salad and half sandwich. The Signature Salad is a Gorgonzola and Pear variant. I should have asked for the dressing on the side. For my sandwich, I had the Chicken TBM. It was serve in between a flatbread. Both of them hit a spot! It is located just outside Stamford Center and a good option for tasty food.

I love this place but sometimes the service sucks. Whenever I place a pick up order, there always seems to be something wrong. I asked for a tossed salad with extra dressing on the side. Neither were done. There’s 85% lettuce with a pinch of chicken & cheese &4 croutons… Not my idea of a good salad. Not to mention the half brown dying lettuce.

Cosi has the best flat bread pizza i ever had, the marguerita pizza is so good i love it, their lemonades are so fresh for hot summer days! when you are done shopping at the mall don’t go to the food court go to Cosi and try their cookies the macadamia and chocolate chunk are my favorite. great for people with children they have crayons and color-books. Not very pricey either! Owners should open a location in Norwalk just throwing it out there.

The service here has been so great as of late. They seemed to have really stepped it up! The food, while not mind blowing, is consistent and it is always a nice experience that leaves me with a smile.

Cosi would be THE best deal in fast food, if only it was fast. Long wait some days, but worth it if on a long lunch break. I prefer to get a half-sandwich and a half-salad. The quantity is smaller than Subway, however, it is much better quality.

Came here for lunch with a friend before going to a movie. It was a Sunday at noon, and the place was pretty empty. I ordered a thin flatbread BBQ chicken pizza. The BBQ sauce was nice and subtle in flavor, though could have used a few more seasonings in it. The fresh cilantro leaves were a nice touch. However, the flatbread itself was super salty. That is not necessary when there are so many flavors mixing together, such as the cilantro, onion, BBQ sauce, and Gouda. The salt was waaaay too overpowering. It was a nice spot. Relatively clean tables and restrooms, and ample seating. A decent spot to grab a quick bite.

The sandwiches are good, and there is a nice selection. I like that you can place your order online and then pick it up. Try the tomato basil bisque. It’s my addiction from here.

If you’ve ever been to a Cosi, the food is the same. It’s decent and a bit overpriced, but generally you’ll be satisfied and they have a pretty extensive menu for lunch. What really takes this place down for me is the total lack of organization or management at this location. My office group likes to go here pretty often and without fail, every single time they get at least one person’s order wrong or just completely neglect to make it. It’s kind of amazing how consistently they mess up the order. I mean even the blind squirrel finds a nut once in a while, right? Because everyone else doesn’t seem to mind their order being screwed up or waiting while they re-make it, I’ll keep coming, but if it were up to me, I’d definitely head somewhere else.

More like 3.5 stars because the baked breads and SQUAGELS are great. This is like a Panera 2.0. They serve all meals during the day and this is nice spot to grab a quick breakfast if your not a fan of donuts. The soup was good and the sandwiches aren’t bad, just order the full because the half sandwich isn’t enough if your hungry for an actual size meal. Order a squagel cuz you know you wanna say the word squagel!

I’ve never been all that impressed with Cosi, I like Panera way better. However I was wandering around downtown and the mall and needed a place to sit and relax for a bit as well as a bite of lunch, so Cosi fit the bill. The Steakhouse Melt was good, and I was pleasantly surprised by the Chicken Phở. It wasn’t as good as phở I’ve gotten at a legit phở shop, but for a sandwich shop it was pretty damn good.

As noted by others, nothing special. Frankly I would be happier with a Panera– as boring as that is at least it’s consistent. Food– 1.5 Stars My wife got a Bombay chicken salad, it was nasty with old wilted a slimy lettuce. To quote«Saddest $ 8 salad I have ever seen». My sandwich, the Chicken Tinga, while flavorful, was nearly impossible to eat. It was basically like chili in a flat bread, and the flat bread was ripped on the«bottom» and it was spilling all over. May have been better in another bread but they didn’t say so I didn’t know. The chips and free bread samples were the most redeeming things we ate. Atmosphere– 4 Stars It’s nice inside with nice seating. Service– 4 Stars They brig your food over, not sure what else you want from a lunchish place. Value– 1 Star. The food wasn’t very good and it wasn’t very cheap.

It’s a Cosi. I mean, their bread is like crack. I don’t know what they give their cashiers and servers, but they are eternally smiling. Always nice, despite some of the customers not being. This place gets crazy packed at lunch, but they always manage to get my order right, and it gets done fast. Well oil-machine. Oh, also, bread samples, I love it. Watch for the guys who take 5 pieces, and grab a couple to go when they leave…
