Today, was the second time I have been a customer at Designs by Lee and it is also my last. While the both the business and plants are attractive, it is overpriced & the customer service is entirely lacking. When I went in to pay for my items, the one person at the check-out desk (a heavy set older man) with no customers at all never even acknowledged me. No greeting, nothing. Finally he packed up my plants while proceeding to talk to a man who came in after me with a question. I was apparently invisible to both. While paying, the man/cashier literally tossed my credit card across the counter at me rather than handing it to me and handed me my receipt without a word. No thank you or even a grunt out of him. I get better and nicer service at Home Depot!

Their plants might be nice, but DO NOT get landscaping services from Designs by Lee. They did a job for me and first, they didn’t properly clear out the planting bed, leaving old ivy and weeds surrounding my new bushes, next they didn’t add the mulch (that I had paid for) to the bed, so I had to get them back here.
And in the end, it turned out that they planted the wrong bushes and then did everything they could to convince me not to have them come back and replant with the bushes that were in my contract. I had to get them back here a third time!
I will be using another local landscaping business in the future.
