Go Green Restoration

We couldn’t be happier with the outstanding service provided by the guys at Green Restoration. The response time was fast and the service was both excellent and professional. We had water damage from a leak in the basement and their team showed up on time as promised and promptly took care of everything. I was extremely happy with the quality of work for the very reasonable price point as well. Everything and everyone — the person who answered the initial call, the fast response time, and the friendly, professional and courteous gentlemen who came to the house, was top shelf! I strongly recommend this group for disaster restoration needs and if we have another emergency I will be calling them again!

I must have been lucky because my guys showed up a little after 9am for a a 9 – 12 window. We had our vents cleaned. Total overhaul. It was much more than any groupon or coupon suggested so beware. But… They’re rates were still comparable to others and they supposedly use green, plant-​based, products which made me feel better. My only issues were that they made made access routes to the main ducts without telling me they would be cutting holes in the system. They were patched back up nicely, but I definitely think I should’ve been made aware of this in advance. They also removed a working humidifier from the system without my consent. They told me I shouldn’t use it since it may create mold, but never asked to remove it completely. And had I not asked for it, they would’ve taken it with them. ??? Otherwise, I’m happy to have the system finally cleaned.

I contacted this company for grout cleaning after seeing them on a daily deal site (did not buy the coupon, just saw the company). The first appt I made with them, no one showed up, but they explained the technician got held up on a previous job and they made an effort to reschedule us for another day, specifically for the first call of the day so this didn’t happen again. Well, they never showed up to the 2^nd appt either. I called in the morning, and they said the technician would arrive closer to the end of the window since they hadn’t yet gone out for the day. I called again at the end of the window, and the operator had no idea where the technician was, and could not even reach them by phone. This was two 3-​hour windows that I had to re-​arrange my schedule for to wait on someone who would never show up. When I expressed my dissatisfaction to the operator, all I got was a half-​hearted «sorry». I have no intention of waiting around indefinitely for someone to possibly show up from this company; I will be using someone else.

I’m truly surprised to see bad feedbacks about this company. These guys came in and had a camera and spent time cleaning each vent. It took a little longer than expected, but overall I’m pleased. Its good they are local too. Thanks for doing a good job!

AWFUL!!! DO NOT USE… I called and set up an apt for the following day b/​n 9am and noon. At noon I called and asked for an update. I was told that the tech was still on his first job. No one called me… I had to call and the lady on the phone was not even sorry. I told them to call me before they come. I have to go out so I may be home when you call I may not. 3pm rolls around still with no call. I called again and was told that I was basically skipped and the Tech went to the other appts and would try to get to me at the end of the day. Told them no. Please do NOT use them if you read this review. This company deserves to be taught a customer service lesson.
