We had a wonderfully successful experience with JB recently. Our move was not straightforward, as: (i) the sale of our existing home and purchase of our new home were a week apart; and (ii) JB’s large moving truck, which was able to be parked in the driveway of our existing home, could not be parked at our new home. Bob S. provided us with a very competitive quote (we also reached out to 5 – 6 other companies in the area). Prior to our move, we obtained lots of boxes from Joe, the Warehouse Foreman and Logistics Coordinator. The moving teams, led in both cases by Ray, were fantastic. They were industrious, creative, communicative, careful and respectful. On the move in, Joe parked the large moving truck on a wide street at the bottom of our hill, and the moving team transferred our stuff to several smaller trucks which were able to be parked in the driveway of our new home. All told, our stressful and complicated move was made much more comfortable and manageable by the professionalism and thoughtfulness of JB’s guys. We could not have been more pleased. We recommend them highly.

The best moving experience ever. The crew (Ron, Gordon, and Nam) at JB Moving Services brought unparalleled professionalism, positivity and expertise to our home. Moving is stressful. These men were a breath of fresh air with their can do attitude, careful attention to detail and efficiency. From a solar powered, environmentally controlled storage facility, to all their trucks and employees (not day laborers) — this is a well oiled machine. They have been in business for 30 years and to use them once, you will understand why. I have had the pleasure of working with JB Moving and referring them to several friends. Not one complaint among us. For business or residential moves — anywhere in the world — you won’t find better service.

JB Moving did a great job for my family. We recently completed a renovation of our home. Our needs were straight forward: Pack up our stuff, move it to storage, renovate and move it all back. JB came through with a plan of action and executed thoroughly.
They came and packed our home up in a day, loaded it all in the truck the next day.
All with efficiency and professionalism.
We also needed access to some goods while being stored. JB was able to accommodate this by splitting our goods into two lots, one for «long term» and another for short term in their sister company, JB Self Storage. When our renovation was complete JB took extra care to protect our investment. They laid down runners, wore shoe covers, protected the door jambs and really went above and beyond! I would highly recommend JB Moving for all your moving and packing needs.

Santiago Zuluaga (JB Moving Sales Representative) has an unpaid invoice for the repair of a cabinet door they damaged. I repaired and installed the cabinet but Santiago does not even have the courtesy to return my call for this payment. Your fax, email, cell# all seem to be failing now. Maybe this way, your company has the decency to mail a check for payment of my services. Your logo «when it matters» is begining to make sense, when it matters to you right?

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. waste of money, better off hiring bums off the street.
