If you want movers with a poor, angry attitude than this is the place to go. They’ve got Bad communication and a lack of cohesive teamwork which makes for moves that take three times longer than they should. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone anymore. Moving is hard enough, Kaster needs to find crews that are hard working and understanding, that know the customer is always right. While I’m at it, Kaster needs to also retrain the dispatcher Richard. He needs to learn that being«on Time» is not ultimately important but it is customer satisfaction that ultimately matters.

We recently engaged Kaster movers to move us from one town to another in Connecticut. John(whose last name I forget) was very informative and thorough in his explanation of the details of the move. The crew who arrived were fast, careful, pleasant and thorough. And the final bill was actually a bit less than the original estimate. I was quite apprehensive after reading all the horror stories about movers, but just completed a 4 part move with Kaster and they were fantastic, from Jamie in the office to Dan the final mover. Our move was complicated: a pick-up of a piano plus other items from a friend who was donating the items to my granddaughter(they were stored in Kasters warehouse until the actual move ATNOCHARGEFORSTORAGE); A partial load pick-up from the apartment in CT for delivery to Florida; a pick-up for the balance at the apt for delivery to my daughter in central MA and another stop to the granddaughter in central CT. Every pick-up and delivery was on time as scheduled with advance notice for every stop. The company and personnel were outstanding and I would strongly recommend them. BTW, the actual costs came out LESSEXPENSIVETHANTHEESTIMATES.

never use this moving company,. .. guys damaged my dining room table and attempted to glue with crazy glue, fortunately took a picture of damaged, made every attempt to work with President to resolve, ordered incorrect part for table, then order part they indicated was damaged and had to return, then notified table is discontinued and no parts, waited until I notified taking to small claims court(5 weeks) did he finally go to restoration company to have repaired — extremely poor customer service, caution against using.
