I am the proud parent of a pre-kindergartener at Mark of Excellence. On my first tour of the school(back when my son was 3 years old) I found the classrooms to be neat and clean, filled with learning toys, books, and art works from the children. All the teachers looked happy and the kids looked happy as well. I loved the fact that they have four classrooms, a separate lunchroom, and a separate auditorium. Mark of Excellence is open all year round with a couple of days off(major holidays ect.) and does not hike up the rates in the summer. I toured other pre-k facilities and was shocked to find everything was done in one room. It has been two years and my son is doing great. He has learned so much and loves his teachers. I know he will be ready for kindergarten in the fall and in some areas be advanced. I always check the meal calendar and know that he will receive a healthy and balanced breakfast, lunch, and snacks. I placed my son’s name on the list when he was 2 ½. I hear now spaces fill up quick.
