I purchased a refurbished PC through WOOT. Metro Business Systems was the vendor. The The PC was received in excellent condition. I emailed them that the DVD dive would only open at start up or eject from the drive. The sent me a new drive (I could have returned the whole PC) in 3 days from CT to CA. I have a great computer! I appropriate their prompt communication and service. Ben is the guy!

My experience with this company with Metro Business System has been horrible.
I received a refurb laptop from this company the keyboard didn’t work out of the box; I called, emailed and after 3 days I got a human being who sent me a new keyboard for me to install. However the new keyboard doesn’t work at all. I have been calling for a week and leaving voice mail messages and no one calls you back; when you get the operator she transfers you to someone voice mail, if you try to go back to the operator she lets you go to her voicemail.
Bottom line there customer service is HORRIBLE!
