I’m writing this review from the experiences my wife and I as a couple experienced at this business. The Dr. was helpful and comforting when she was available for your appointments and on average my wife was happy with the Dr. However actually getting in to see the Dr was very difficult, but not because she was always so booked, but because she would be unavailable for half of our appointments. It’s not unexpected for an OB/GYN to have emergencies that make the unavailable, however when this happens, as a patient your expectation is that you’ll be notified before you arrive if possible. At this business your most likely to be told when you arrive and even then it’s often not made clear if you’ll be seeing the DR or not. Sometimes we arrive for my wife’s appointment we would be told the Dr was unavailable and that we would need to reschedule, but most of the time we would sit for an hour and then be told the Dr wasn’t going to make it in and we would need to reschedule. That alone was difficult and frustrating, but what caused my wife to leave the practice was the unprofessional nature of the staff and their complete indifference to the constantly changing appointments caused my pregnant wife. Rude, ignorant, insulting, arrogant, unprofessional, and horrible are some of the more pleasant adjective we would use to describe them. We cannot stress enough how much you should consider choosing another Dr for when you have your baby. Finally, we did express our frustration with the Dr and unsympathetic the best way to describe her reaction. Having a baby is stressful enough, your Dr and staff are supposed to make that a better experience, not a more stressful one.
