Building is relatively old. Some machines in the fitness room are always «temporarily out of order». Part of the underground garage usually gets flooded when there is a big storm.
Management is difficult to work with. When the carpet got flooded this year and needed new carpet work done, there was a very bad smell on the 4th floor. I wrote to request better ventilation in the hallway, the manager simply responded with «I do not smell anything».

Music Row, Nashville, TN
Excellent location for a great price. Walking distance to the downtown restaurants and bars. 10 min walk to the train station. Building is relatively quiet. Secure parking garage. Rooftop patio is small but it exists! Management is the only disappointment– dont react to simple maintenance requests like broken ACs and they’re generally pretty unresponsive. If you’re a young working professional, this place is well-​suited for you.
