Buying :
Knowledgeable staff and excellent pricing. Consistently way below big box store pricing for new, authorized dealer products. No pressure sales — you usually get the best pricing right up front which is great — but do your research and make sure to factor in delivery, disposal, tax, rebates and other fees.
Delivery:
Here is where I was really impressed. Delivery was very fast and they were able to accommodate changes on the fly which is typically unheard of. Delivery staff couldn’t have been more professional, caring and courteous which is refreshing to see. Even on a 94 degree day, they were friendly and went to great lengths not to damage anything in the house and make sure the appliance was installed correctly.

Wonderful and friendly customer service. Beautiful home theaters (samsung home theater, panasonic home theater), and best plasma tv we ever purchased. Their audio room is incredible. Best place to pick up any home theater electronics and appliances in Stamfordt CT area.
