I’ve visited the location so many times and every single time. i have NOT been able to find anyone and even the door was locked. I’ve called so many times and still nothing… now i’m trying to reschedule my appointment or cancel and it does not give me the option to do either. If this business is not running anymore, it would be great to have that posted so i wouldn’t have to waste my time… I wanted to try this because the reviews were great but so much work now to just get a hold of someone.

Amazing! After just one session, I have a range of mobility that I haven’t had in years. Julie is great. She is kind, smart, and funny. She educates you throughout the session and gives you what you need to know to help yourself as well. I’ve tried a wide variety of things over the years to help with my back pain and nothing has ever come close to the experience I had at Posture. I would highly recommend going to Julie.

Posture is great! Made my whole body feel better from day 1. I’m more flexible, less tense and have more energy from the work we do.

After a 10 day cycling trip in Italy, my body needed care. Julie’s knowledge & powerful hands helped ease tight muscles & returned motion to tight & stiff joints. FYI — I was just traveling through the area and am a professional bodyworker myself. So I’m very picky about what’s ‘good’. Julie is terrific. Don’t wait, set up an appointment!

If I had only found Julie earlier in life I could have saved my back years of pain. Instead of spa like massages that temporarily only alleviate the pain she corrects it and and help me understand how it’s all connected, and how I can work on it on my own. She’s better than all the masseuses and chiropractors I’ve had work on my back. I already was standing straighter and moving better after the first session. I’ve already been twice and will continue to go as I keep improving each session. Julie is great and has me laughing all the time. I sit in front of a computer for 10+ hours every day for years, and wasn’t aware of my posture, and now have intense back pain. If you are in the same boat I highly recommend giving her a visit.

Julie can do things to your body that you didn’t know were possible. She can take away pain, even out lopsidedness, and possibly even make you taller! She’s a kind soul who’s a genius with the human body.

Julie is a structural integrator. Sessions with her feel like body work, not massages. You leave the sessions feeling physically different. You can visibly see the change after 1 hour. I went through the 10-session structural integration two years ago. The before and after pictures were amazing! It made a huge difference in my posture. I just started another 10-session round. Session 3(the lateral line) was last night, and I’ve been noticing the freedom in my shoulders and sides all morning. Julie does amazing work. I highly recommend her. Each session is customized to where your body is messed up and needs work. Her pricing is also competitive. I think you get a lot more from structural integration than from a normal massage.

Julie is fantastic. I completed ten sessions with her last fall and now feel like I understand how to stand up straight without working at it. This is a basic but wonderful thing! If you are looking for a more relaxing, spa-like experience, Posture may not be for you… this is work designed to fix you, not so much relax you.

Julie is GREAT! I just finished a round of Structural Integration(10 sessions). For years I’ve had intense back pain between my spine and shoulder blade(so bad I couldn’t sleep sometimes). After trying tons of massage therapists and chiropractors, I found Julie. She doesn’t just work on the spot that hurts; she works everything which helps heal the problem instead of making it feel better for a few hours. If you’re looking for a «fluffy» massage this isn’t for you– but if you want to get to the root of the problem with your aches and pains, then set up an appointment at Posture. Oh, and Julie is hilarious– I’ll miss seeing her every week!

What I LOVE about Posture is that they don’t just offer«massage services» that end after 60 minutes. They offer genuine care and correction that’s meant to hold an impact even *after* you leave. When I get work done by Julie, I feel as though she’s fixing everything that’s been broken. She seeks out problem areas and doesn’t just take care of them, but offers suggestions on how to prevent the problem from coming back when you leave. I love that. Few places care about what you do after you check out, and you end up hurting again in a day or two. I used to think that good, helpful massage therapy was only available to marathon runners and those with very active lifestyles, not average-Joes like me who just have crappy chairs and awkward ankle-crossed stances. Well, Julie’s made me feel completely welcome. She’s warm and friendly, and, most importantly, doesn’t make you feel like a moron when it comes to talking about your bad habits. I would definitely recommend Posture if you’re looking for a massage with effects that last. (Tip: Posture offers a «Basic Ten Series», which is a neat little mini-program that focuses on correcting and improving a different area each week, with each session stacking on top of the previous… Progressively, making you feel awesome while learning good habits that will help you keep that feeling your entire life.)
