I had an appointment and the person was a no show. Robert Santiago called me yesterday and hung up on me. When I called him back he refused to answer the phone. When I called to find out what happened they didn’t know what happened and CLAIMED something was wrong with their system. I decided to make another appointment and I was told they would charge me for the consultation. Consultation fee was never mentioned when I scheduled the first appointment. Person shows up today, 3÷14÷2016 and had no interest in the Windows I want replaced. Automatically he assumed I could not afford to pay for Windows because he asked if I was paying cash or needed credit, but didn’t take any measurements. Buyer beware!!! Poor customer service. I booked a in-home estimate for yesterday. I was headed to my house in New Jersey(from Manhattan where I work) to meet the consultant when I got a call from this Company that the consultant cannot make it because he got sick. Keep in mind that i took 2 and a half hours away from work to meet with the consultant and take the bus back to New Jersey. Ok — it is understandable if someone gets sick. But I received no phone call or email from them when they had all my contact info. On top of that, when they called me, they lied and said they’ve been trying to reach me all morning regarding the cancellation… BS! My phone and email was operational all morning. I can’t say anything about their quality of work but customer service-wise, DONOTUSETHEM.

They did a terrific, first-rate job, but I’m warning people about the aggressive sales team. They keep calling me despite the fact that I don’t need anything else done, and that I actually just did the early legwork for my father. The guy who just now called me, Josh(?), actually threatened to call me back to hassle me if I didn’t give them my father’s number when I told him I was in a meeting. Seriously, this is no way to win repeat business.
