The default ham(or cheese) burger with station sauce is great! French fries = enough said.

Such good burgers! I think it’s comparable to Five Guys with the quality and price.

This place is often crowded and I’m not really sure why. The burgers are fine, but if I want a burger i’d prefer to head to Plan B or one of the food trucks.

Great tasting burger. I love the fact they have a topping station for your burger and there’s a lot to choose from like chips and kale.

This is a review purely based on their boozy milkshakes. I ordered a small red light(SKYY vodka, strawberry, graham crackers). Honestly, it wasn’t blended very well. There were gulps of vodka and gulps of milkshake. My mixing it helped a little but not much. They also really overloaded the vodka in my humble opinion. I expected a milkshake with a kick, but I got a vodka drink that was tasty. The milkshake itself is extremely creamy, and hence extremely filling. But given the quality and the price, this place is really hyped up.

Went on a busy Thursday as they had a fund raiser event and live music going on. The outside patio was packed and the $ 3 happy hour special was keeping people well hydrated. The food was on point but as always you need to probably do a double. They have introduced their own take on a bowl and it looked pretty good however building your own burger with tons of toppings is tough to pass on. The menu is fairly overwhelming. I’d say just get a double and pile on the toppings. I’ll definitely be back for happy hours. Hopefully the live music continues as this is nice escape from summer st and harbor point.

The burgers here are tops, probably the best in Stamford. As a business, this place is the worst. The hours they are actually open do not match the website or the voicemail recording. At least 3 times I have stopped by to have a burger only to find they are closed. Twice there was a printout taped to the window that the next visit will be 50% off. An offer I have been unable to redeem as they are rarely open. I dropped by today while at the mall and they were of course closed, although the website states they should be open Saturdays in the spring. If you want this burger, I suggest going to their New Canaan location which is always open during their stated business hours and always quality. smm

I really wanted to like this more. I went in at a relatively slow time, and despite 3 people working behind the counter, it seemed incredibly disorganized and it took forever for the line(which was only a couple people long) to move. Since it was my first time, I ordered the Station Burger and a small fry. My burger was tasty, but dry/overcooked. I did love the Station Sauce and the fries were perfectly cooked. I was expecting the ‘crinkle’ fries to be soft, but they were crisp with just the right amount of salt. Unless you’re in the mall or Landmark Square, it’s a bit inconvenient to get to.

This is similar, albeit slightly less delicious, than a shake shack. Solid option if you want a burger of higher quality(i.e. it is not eating a shitty big-mac). Fries are the same shake shack also, but are«organic». Either way I still felt like a fat ass after the meal.

This place is fantastic… Not sure why people are saying the burgers are small they are definitely not! Fries are top notch and the station sauce is a nice compliment. Hubby and I went on a tues night so it was quiet and we aren’t drinking currently but will go back for a few beers and their happy hour when we do again. The beef is delicious and you can tell its not processed crap and the chili on the fries have a bit of a sweet BBQ flavor to them. Scrumptious, inexpensive, and I think better than five guys. Plus all organic you can’t go wrong!

I had the burger of the month here which was a chili cheese burger and also a strawberry shake. They are very Five Guys like, except they cook all their burgers medium, which is how I like them anyways. They forgot my chili, which was odd, them not knowing how to make their own burger of the month, and no it was not a busy day, it was yes you guessed it, pouring outside… The burger was okay… The strawberry shake was made from frozen yogurt and strawberry syrup, tasted like I was drinking Hersey’s strawberry syrup. Definitely not a fan. I wouldn’t mind heading back here for a burger but definitely not the shakes. Also if you’re looking for a filling meal, you probably need two burgers and a side of fries.

I am obsessed with this restaurant. I began frequenting Station Eats when it opened last summer and now that I am back in Connecticut I keep going back for more. I enjoy the burgers so much that my main issue is whether to have a turkey or beef burger! I have to agree with the person who commented on the excessive price. I often just get a burger and not fries because of the price. The last time I went in the milkshake of the month was salted caramel. The milkshake was AMAZING.

In every review there should always points for the pros & cons. Pros: Fast orders. Great burgers and choices of fries. The options have been endless. Literally like a Subway but burgers.(hotdogs and sloppy joes…). Organic food, which is rare. Burgers are not cooked well done uness you ask for it(It’s like they know me!) Cons: Yes the toppings are great but the amount seems small, and not so much at all for the price you pay. Bacon looks pretty awkward to even want to choose.

Think of Chipotle but for burgers. Order your meat first — they cook on some type of George Foreman type grill. Then go down the assembly line as they add the toppings. Station sauce = thousand island dressing Onion crisps = think bacon bits, but onion rings. The meat was OK at best. The toppings are what made the burger. Pretty good malt also. Big/filling enough to share with someone else. Difficult to locate. If you’re in the Stamford Town Center, hook a left when you reach the Macys and go through a series of hallways.

Station Eats was a fun and delicious experience. I’d highly recommend, for meat and non-meat eaters alike. We ate inside, but there is a nifty«beer garden» that I look forward to sitting at next time. Ordering takes place up at the front counter and seating is open. I ordered a veggie dog with wasabi cucumber sauce, ultra fries, and a Narragansett lager. The fries were an indulgence for me – wavy fries loaded with cheese, caramelized onions, and station sauce. They are best eaten with a fork. I was happy with everything and really pleased to have an organic alternative to a fast food joint. Great spot to grab a fast dinner before a movie or after shopping at the mall.

I just came here… literally 45 mins ago… for lunch! It’s about a 15 – 20 mins walk from the Stamford train station, but if you’re already in the area working or shopping at Stamford Town Center — it’s so close! We got here at 12pm and were one of the first customers. First impressions — clean! Everything was either orange, white, or blue, and had a «we’re new!» feel to it. Their biggest draws are their customizable burgers, salads, and shakes. I decided to do a build-your-own turkey burger, with lettuce, tomatoes, mushrooms(YUM) and an order of the Ultra fries. The fries are essentially freshly made crinkle fries with their Station Sauce and topped with melted cheese and grilled onions(think In-N-Out but 95634785 times better bc the fries are not soggy!). I also split a alcoholic milkshake with my work wifey, Diana S. Total damage was around $ 10. The turkey burger was nice and juicy, and those potato roll buns are so deliciously soft and chewy. Everything in my burger came together quite nicely and I am definitely satisfied with it! They had an array of toppings to choose from — some free and some for $ 0.60 extra. Next time, I’m going to have to try the chips in my burger! The shake was the only part of the meal I was meh about. It was super thick and milky — not my cuppa tea. It’s also extremely heavy with vodka, if that’s what you’re into ;) They’re doing a special flavored Coconut milkshake which was delicious at first, but way too sweet afterwards. It comes with flakes of real coconut inside though! Solid option for Stamford, hope they come to NY! :D

Good stuff. A very welcome addition to the lunch options in the Landmark Square area, which as anyone who works here will tell you, are sorely lacking. The burgers are very tasty and filling(but not overly so), and there are lots of options for customization. Friendly service, as the owners or managers seem to be very hands on in the daily operations. Sleek and cool design inside. The outdoor deck is a really nice touch. Reasonable prices considering that it’s more than just a take-out stand — burger, fries, and drink are about $ 11 – 12. Can’t speak for the after-work/dinner crowd, as like most others who work in Stamford, I beat it out of here as soon as possible when I’m done with the day.

5 stars may be overly dramatic but other lunch choices in Stamford are so much more expensive and generally poorer quality than what they’ve got at Station Eats. For less than $ 5 I can get a reasonably-sized burger made with quality meat and topped with veggies and sauce. That’s hard to beat in a town where the starting rate for lunch is $ 8. Shakes are nothing special, fries are surprisingly tasty.

The modern restaurant is much bigger than the New Canaan location with several booths, tables-for-two, a communal table, and, in a couple weeks, tables outside on the large terrace overlooking Atlantic Street. On the menu are customized, made-to-order, organically raised beef and veggie burgers, nitrate/nitrite free hot dogs, sloppy joes, salad, organic fries, antibiotic and hormone-free milkshakes, and a selection of beer and wine. I recommend the Station Burger and the Beef Hot Dog(one of the best in the area). They’ve got milkshakes for the kids, and the adults. For the adults, try the ‘U-turn,’ made with bourbon, Oreos, chocolate. Bourbon are chocolate are a perfect combination. It’s like having a dessert and a drink at the same time.
