I like the quality and price of Uniqlo product. However, the customer service of this store is not as good as i expected. The blond store manager seems not knowing how to make a valued customer satisfied. I bought hundreds dollars items from this location but was not able to return two items just bought a few days ago and repurchase the same items at the daily promotion price. I was told that it is not fair to other customers! This manager was not good with people and didn’t set up a good example to her inexperienced employees. I like the quality and price of the product but will make more purchases online. She probably didn’t realize that her behaver made a valued customer disappeared from her store.

This is the worst customer service experience .The staff is an embarrassment to the Japanese brand name. Workers are standing around chatting versus helping customer . There is no quality control about services provided. Staff assume no responsibility and try to pass the blame to the next person. Will not be returning to this store again.

At long last Uniqlo has begun expanding out of NYC. Now no store can compete with the massive multi-level ones of the city, but these smaller ones keep you happy for the most part. They generally carry the most recent items and their staples like jeans, socks, belts and airism. They don’t have the variety of shirts and pants as far as colors go. Right now it seems they are playing it safe expect for the shorts where they have a good variety. Now the trick with Uniqlo is the pant lengths are all 34 so they do hemming in house which means you probably won’t get your pants back that day so plan ahead. So far everything runs true to size and is slim fit cut.
