We have a property that is an estate, the Trustee made contact with Cal Sierra to arrange for a trash bin to be placed on site for removal of personal household debris. Cal Sierra inspected the property and stated that it would be impossible to set a bin as to overhead wires and the bin would project out on to the City of Sonora Street. The Trustee stated that he made contact with«Marie» of Cal-Sierra. I made arrangements that if a neighbor would allow the placement of a bin on their private property if Cal Sierra would deliver. The onsite supervisor stated it would be approved and we discussed a Friday delivery. When it did not arrive, «Marie» stated that none of the paperwork had been completed and the bin had not been paid for. We promptly paid and did the paperwork and 2 day’s latter the bin was delivered. The bin was placed in front of the household exactly where Cal Sierra argued that they would not deliver the bin and that it was impossible. The bin was filled within 2 day’s and a request was given for a pickup. «Maries» response, we paid for 7 day’s and we get the bin for 7 day’s. We know have a scheduled open house for Saturday, planned weeks in advance and guess what we have a garbage bin sitting in front of the home filled with garbage. Marie and Cal Sierra can care less. Our future debris removal renting of bins will go to alternative companies. Sadly, per the trustee and my own experiences, «Marie» is not an asset to Cal-Sierra/Waste Managment.
