Booked a trip into Portsmouth for myself and a bunch of friends, got confirmation and gave $ 100.00 deposit to reserve limo on certain date. The night of, my friends and I were waiting for limo to pick us up but instead got a call stating that they were going to have to cancel which left us hanging and in a bind. The company then went on to state that they would refund the $ 100.00 which I gave them. It is now May and I have yet to see that $ 100.00 refund. They also started ignoring my calls and stopped replying via email. Very Shady Company which lacks ethics and just about everything else. After reading reviews it makes me wonder if its just a scam.

Ditched, stranded, stood up! I made a reservation for a driver to pick us up at the Boston Airport for our return trip to Maine. I received confirmation, but was left hanging at 1 am with no car and no place to stay. I called several times that evening and no one picked up. I have called since to see how they will resolve the situation and I am still waiting to hear back. As I have already paid, they are thieves, without much of a business ethic or moral conscience.

I found a Groupon for this company for transportation from my house to Logan International Airport. I had a terrible experience trying to schedule using it. I took them six days to get back to me from the time I submitted an online request. I also tried to call, but no one answered the phone for several days. When I finally received a reply I was engaged in obtuse communication that was unprofessional and very unhelpful. It ended with me asking a direct question and them never replying to the email. I returned my Groupon as I could not trust this company. Nine days after our last email I received a confirmation email with extra charges added. I’m very happy I returned my Groupon and would NOT recommend this company.

We had arranged travel to and from Logan with Limousine Maine, and agreed to a price and time/​date for pick up. However we waited over 10 days to get a promised confirmation. We called and emailed and left messages saying we were still waiting for a confirmation and never received a response. Finally, we had to make other arrangements, as it was only a couple of days before our trip and we still had not received confirmation. Can’t believe the company never responded to our repeated requests for confirmation, especially since this involved transportation to the airport. Would not recommend.
