Conroy’s Flowers

I came through here to pick up some flowers in the early morning before I went to visit my Grandfather’s grave. First off parking lot here is super small but since I was super early it wasn’t too bad. The store is really big and the workers seemed nice and friendly though they weren’t really as helpful as I’d like but still pretty nice.
I told them I wanted to pick up a nice bouquet and they guided me to a well fridge room where a nice selection was on display. I looked around before I picked up what I thought looked really nice and they were. I came to the counter and made the purchase. The sign listed the price as 35.00 bucks but the total came out only 26 bucks much to my satisfaction.
They tied up the bottom of the bouquet and made it all glamorous and nice. They really didn’t have to as I told them I was in a hurry but they insisted since they didn’t wanna half ass their product. Gotta love the passion they have for their product. Its located so close to the grave sight to that I probably will return more often than not.

Just went Here to get flowers for my grandma cause she fell and was contemplating on getting the 20 dollar bouquet. But was asking if I could make a cheaper bouquet… The guy working there today March 20^th at a 9 o clock. Indian looking guy… Or Mexican I dunno but he explained that some flowers cost different prices he didn’t answer my question so I asked again so can I make a cheaper bequest and he said «I told you already these cost this and those cost that…» I took it very rude of him to add in the «I told you» part… Maybe he should have answered with a yes or no instead of being rude which lead me to not buy from this store. Horrible customer service. Didn’t help at all.

I know this place has been given a three dollar sign i.e. $$$, but I don’t think their prices were bad. I got some great flowers with vase included for $ 45($ 60 was the total after delivery). I ordered over the phone and they were very helpful!

Service sucks and way over priced. The flowers were ok but every time I remember paying 55 dollars for a few flowers and a less than pleasant service I feel like kicking myself in the you know what.

Needed a wedding bouquet done. Went by a week in advance and was told it could be done. Followed up the following Tuesday (two days before my wedding) had to drive all the way back to store from my work because the girl Celina didn’t remember what I wanted. Picked up the bouquet today. Roses look wilted. The roses were sticking out on top of the other flowers. Looks so tacky but at this point I have no choice but to use the flowers as I will have none. Not happy at all with the quality or the look they promised to deliver, even after I showed pictures of what I wanted.

I came here, a bit out of my way because I heard about them though a friend. So I called them because I had a party I needed decorations and centerpieces for. Celine was great! She helped me design some cool centerpieces with a nice arrangement and set them up really professionally and elegantly. Guests were really impressed with the flowers and centerpieces. The best part was that she had no clue I was referred by a regular customer of theirs so I felt really special with the attention they gave me. Super friendly and great customer service. Any future parties and events I know where I am getting flowers from.

Called the store in dyer need to get flowers for my wife. The staff was helpful and get to my rescue. Awesome experience overall. Came through with everything that was promised. I have used them twice since my first visit. Great experience overall.

We’re on our way to see Grandma and this place just happens to be on the way there, and a perfect pit-​stop since there wasn’t really any other florists around, might I add. It looks like they have been commercialized to «1−800-flowers.» The service there was ok; the staff seemed kind of busy putting together arrangements and didn’t have much around for us to choose from (as in already-​prepared bouquets). The flowers we did choose from were decent in quality and a tad high in price. I mean, I Did mention there aren’t other florists in the immediate area so do you really have a choice for another place?

I came here because I had a voucher deal from Amazon. I was able to order a floral arrangement over the phone and pick them up in person a few days later. I was a bit concerned that the flowers wouldn’t look fresh as I was picking them up on a Sunday. I was wrong. The flowers looked GREAT! They even added flowers that hadn’t even bloomed yet, so the arrangement will last a while.
The staff member who helped me on the phone was courteous as well as the staff member who brought out my flowers when I picked them up. Thank you so much! I will definitely return!

Horrible service, unfortunately. We ordered a good amount of flowers for my dad’s funeral and they didn’t even get the flowers delivered at the church on time. The funeral started with no flowers. I would not go to this controys ever
