How do you fuck up a basic taco? They did exactly that. The first warning not to eat here was the extremely loud Mexican hip hop blaring out of the juke box, the owner turned it down after a while but it was still annoyingly too loud. The second warning was the burnt chips brought out after 20 minutes… how do you fuck up tortilla chips? The service sucked and the tacos where horrible we both ordered 4 but ate only 11\2. The meat was dry yet greasy, it seemed old and tasted AWEFULL. The jugos drinks we ordered where not blended properly and had big chunks of frozen fruit. Then we got the bill, it was $ 26 for old nasty meat tacos, burnt chips, and crappy drinks. THISPLACESUCKS.

Steer clear! This place is AWFUL. Bad/slow service. Beer tastes old like it’s been hot then refrigerated. Micheladas are nasty. The shrimp isn’t deveined(aka still has Sh! t in it). Undercooked eggs. Seriously… Don’t even bother wasting your time.

Their tacos are cheap and not bad at all. Service is questionable. Came here with my friend in the evening and we ended up ordering tacos and a torta!

Decided to stop by for lunch after reading the Unilocal reviews, best decision ever! I tried their seafood nachos. They were oh so delicious and had so much seafood, I was really surprised. My friend and I also tried the shrimp cocktail and the micheladas(which were some of the best micheladas I’ve ever had). Good food and great customer service, I will definitely be back!

Their«Al Pastor» burrito was the best I’ve ever had! The pastor was cooked until a light crust was on the outside of the meat. The burrito had rice and beans inside that were fresh and delish. All in all I’m happy with this place and it seems to be a local hangout because both times I’ve been here the joint was packed with happy customers chowing down on their .89 cent tacos and drinking Mexican colas or beers! I want to try their seafood before I upgrade them to 5 star status. So far… very impressed!

WOW! This place is great! I had the molcajete de mariscos. The presentation of this dish is amazing! It’s literally sizzling. The taste, omg! Delish!!! I definetly recommend you get this next time you come in. And their mango ice cream… again, wow!!! Really really good! Will definetly be coming back

This place is incredibly slow. Must of waited over 30 minutes when we were the only ones in there. Food however was not too bad. I had the fish and shrimp tostada. Would try this place again, and give them another chance…

This place is small but for the food its worth it! I came here with my sisters and brother a couple times and the customer service is excellent! The people here are very attentive and although it is not a fancy marosco place its enough to satisfy a tummy! The food is delicious!!! Give it a try it won’t dissapoint.

The place looked clean and nicely decorated. The server lady was genuinely nice which is very rare. The cook came out and asked us if our food was good. All 4 of us agreed it was delicious! I ordered the steak fajitas. I believe there the best I’ve tried so far! They where like $ 9.49 which is not bad. You also get chips and salsa. The restroom was clean. My only complaints is that there’s isn’t to much parking, the chips where a little burned and the red salsa was a little watery but overall it’s a great place.

The people that are saying bad things about this place are just haters. The lady that took our order was very nice & made jokes with us. We got our food quickly & it was hot, fresh, & delicious. Very delicious. I could live on this place. They have many different kinds of beers. the inside is very clean. there’s really cool paintings on the walls. comfortable seats. I think the cook came out to ask how our food was. When we left, I felt great !!! burrito de pollo y horchata in my belly for daysssss(in a good way)

Delicious!!! I’ve been looking for a good mariscos place near me since I’ve moved to Los Al. I found it! The chips and salsa come with 2 salsas and the green one is excellent. I ordered the Camarones de mojo de ajo(Garlic shrimp) with rice and beans. Everything was delicious and full of flavor. My favorite were the beans. I can’t wait to go back. The service was also on point.

Passed by and stopped. chorizo mini taco($.85) was bit greasy but really tasty and bit spicy. Chips and salsa, really good. Red salsa tasted fresh and spicy, guacamole green was cool and flavorful. Carne asada burrito($ 5.99) was good size and delicious! I’d definitely come back.

0 stars for this place! Worst service ever! Get there around 7:30 they took forever to attend until I looked at him, ask the guy what time they closed and he said 9 pm but hinted that they where gonna close early so I get my pozole to go, which wasn’t the best! By the time I get my food other ppl get there and 1 of them that they know sits on the table next to me and starts talking there! So that means they ain’t closing early! Never again coming! Good service is key to a great business! You guys suck, maybe you need a new server!

First of all let me start by saying that this place has been here for years and I only stopped in a week or so ago and wow. 85 cent street tacos does the trick. And they have the most amazing salsa that is served with chips. Street tacos they have include Asada, Pollo, Cabeza, Lengua, Carnitas(amazing), Pastor and Chorizo. It’s hard going somewhere and being satisfied for 6 bucks. Here you can without a doubt. I will be coming back for sure. Great people great food. Great Caesars ghost it’s yummy. Diet destroyer but occasionally it’s worth it. Go enjoy yourself here !!! Hit me up and I’ll join you :)

Amazing food, good prices, good people, and telenovelas! 90 cent tacos — -EVERYDAY!(Al pastor & carne asada= my fave here. They serve ‘em street taco/roach coach style i.e. the best.) Get the machete tacos. Huge and filled with beef and cactus. You thought cactus would hurt in your mouth, but you won’t get enough the way these wonderful ladies roast it up and throw down some grilled onions with slab of carne and avocado y queso blanco sprinkled on top! You will want cactus on everything, even cereal. They always try to get me to indulge in the margaritas during my lunch, but instead I tell them I’m going to stick to the tacos so I can keep up in my return to the corporate world. Last time I got 7 tacos– terrible idea, but so worth the«itis/food coma» afterwards. Hopefully your self-discipline will kick in when you walk in here, unlike mine.

Not sure how anyone could have a problem with this place. I honestly question if we are talking about the same restaurant or if I’ve just fallen victim to my food delusions again(don’t judge, Unilocaler — he who lives in a glass house and all that). The food is delicious, prices low, and the staff is super friendly. We got the nachos and a platter with fish, meat, grilled chiles, and a side of fresh tortillas, rice and beans(plus a cup of salsa — a big cup). I also got a large watermelon agua fresca(fresh juice-smoothie middle ground deliciousness for you novices). The nachos are God’s precious gift to lovers-o-nachos. Seriously. I personally prefer the creamy nacho cheese sauce as opposed to melted cheese(call me a purist) and theirs is legit. I kind of want another order right now. The platter was just altogether awesome. Fish, meat, chiles, soft lovely tortillas — yeah. Awesome. AND again, the watermelon water was crazy good. CRAZY. GOOD. PEOPLE. In short do yourself a favor and get drunk on tastiness at this fine little gem.
