They sell used items! Lying scumbags! Omg im so mad! Stay away! It’s disgusting how they sell used handspin cleaners the parts are sticky and nasty!

I would love to do zero star rate but Unilocal dont allow to do that! I didnt totally believe other comments until I came there after a commercial. They are such liars. There were just a few items on sale and their value you can find a cheaper price in the other place like fry or bestbuy. The customer service is rule. I came early in the morning for the foot massage machine as they advertised half price off, but one of the guy said that they had a line since 3 am for that machine and it was sold already. It is so ridiculous that it is not very busy at that time. The cashiers dont speak english at all. I dont like the way they service also, seem like they dont care. Never come back !

These guys are downright shady. My first experience there was my last. My family was in to purchase a massage chair for $ 8,000 thing is they claimed that the warranty would be invalid if sold under a certain price. Avoid doing business here, they do not really give a shit about you, only about how FAT your wallet is and how STUPID you are.

From my personal experience with the sales manager and return policy at Teletron, I can honestly say that you should avoid this place at all cost. For those of you that have had the misfortune of doing business with this place, here are some tips as to how I have been dealing with them.
If you truly feel like you’ve been cheated, please file a claim at the California department of Justice, the better business bureau, or file a chargeback complaint with the credit company associated with your purchase at the store.
People need to know that the way this company does business is not right. From my experience, it seems like they prey primarily on Vietnamese and Korean people around the area that may or may not speak/​read English.
Their customer service is abysmal, sneaky, and combative. They have a no return policy yet do not display or disclose such a policy until the transaction is complete and in my case, during an attempt of a return. Even if a product is defective, Teletron will refuse the return. They will use any tactic to deter you from pursuing a refund.
Once more please DO NOT SHOP HERE and please let any non-​english speaking people you know not to do so as well.
This store preys on people who lack understanding of the English language, the law, and their inability to follow through with small claims court.

I don’t often hope ill things on people, but I do hope this poor excuse of a store goes out of business. Blatant scammers, like others have asserted. They prey on old asian folks with limited English selling crappy food processors that break after a few uses, tons of antennas that don’t work as they claim, etc etc etc. My dad was a victim of their scams but no more! Last straw was the inada chair that malfunctioned within days of purchase, followed by poor, pathetic customer service… after ONE entire month were we able to get someone to come fix it. The chair isn’t even all that great.
DON’T GO HERE!!! AND CONVINCE YOUR (SOMETIMES STUBBORN) ASIAN PARENTS AND GRANDPARENTS TO STAY AWAY TOO! AND TURN OFF THE TV AND RADIO WHEN THEIR STUPID, DECEIVING ADs COME ON.

Do not go there they chat worser than used car dealer. They said sale bur products are terrible. Always damaged from return.

If you do a search for «Teletron» in Orange County, on Unilocal,a few things come up. At first you see that there’s two Teletrons, both at the same address. So I’m guessing that the first one has had such bad reviews, that they didn’t claim that one, and started a new one! Oh my god, so smart.
Too bad their businesses practices didn’t change with their Unilocal fresh start. If I could give negative stars, I would.
My family bought what they were told was a «leather» Max West couch set which was on sale. The material on the couches and the price of the couches ($ 1,599 reduced sale price), would fool most people into thinking that they were indeed leather as they were explicitly told. The furniture set had a one year warranty.
After a few months past a year, the furniture started flaking and exposing the fabric underneath the outermost, leather looking layer. Definitely not leather, not even close.
We contacted the store and even the manufacturer (we’re sure the manufacturer is in on this scam as the couches last just long enough to expire the warranty). Their only helpful response was to tell us to contact the other (the store told us to contact the manufacturer and vice versa).
On top of all of this, my parents were told that delivery would be free, but looking upon the receipt again, there was a «SVC-​Service» charge that was snuck into the billing. What that service was, we have no idea.
Teletron and Max West furniture, not once. Do not go here, you will be taken advantage of at every turn possible.

The staffs do not respect their customers. I went there with my mom once. She wanted to buy a new 100-​dollar TV because she saw it on a commercial. The staffs talked to my mom like she did not know anything. They looked down on my mom because she wanted to buy a low-​cost TV. I suggest you to stay away from this store.
